A convection oven for sublimation tumblers is an oven that uses convection to circulate hot air around the food, cooking it evenly and quickly. Convection ovens are ideal for sublimation tumblers because they heat the tumblers evenly and quickly, allowing for the best possible results.

This product ecxeeded my expectatons. This unit works good and it seems like a durable built oven. Stainless steel interior which is easy to wipe and clean ,not hot to the touch on cabinet sides and top.
Very good stuff for the kitchen. It saves the space and since it is lightweight, you can move it when don’t need it or for cleaning. The cleaning is very easy even if you spill the blueberry pie filling.

This cooker is amazing. It can cook two 16″ pizzas at a time. Just have to spin them around at half the time because the door leaks. This can be fixed with a little foil. Just put foil around the door to help the oven work better because glass does not hold heat as good as foil.
Use freezer foil because it is thicker. I saw someone said it was on fire and smoking. This oven is amazing but does not self clean. If you let it drip food on the bottom and touch the very hot heater coil and just lie and say it just was on fire well maybe you should not cook because you do not know how to clean up after your self.
I have has this cooker for over 5 years and it works very well and amazing. I cook pizzas seral times a year for friends and family. The broil is also good for a crisp finish on food that is cooked or when people want food heated up to eat.
Just clean the bottom part where the heater coil is. Food stuck on the coil can start a fire because oil is flammable and will smoke. The element will not smoke if kept clean. I put foil above the coil on an empty rack when using the upper rack.
This makes cleaning easy if something drips or falls. Just use some critical thinking and plan meals and clean up after and please all be safe. The oven does get very hot because 400 degrees is very very hot.
I have the older verson of this Oster convection oven that has knobs instead of push buttons. It still works perfect even after 6 years. I wanted a newer verson, which preheats even to 400 degrees in 6 min.
Plus this newer verson has a lite in the oven. I have baked biscuits in it, cornbread, cherry pie, and tonight a lemon bunt cake. All came out perfect! The large Oster convection is not too large but is large enough to cook anything I want.
I have not used my large gas range oven but 1 time in 6 years. I am sold on Oster Ovens. The temperture is right on, and you don’t hear the convection fan at all. I use convection bake on everything, including pizza.
You won’t go wrong with this Oster convection oven.
I have now had three of the Oster XL toaster ovens. I love the size and use it practically every day. The old model used a mechanical timer, temperature, and mode (toast, bake, convection bake, broil) selection knobs.
The timer was the weakest part of the unit but was preferable to the new electronic controls. The temperature and mode selection knob stayed on the selection last used, so to turn on all I had to do was turn the timer knob past 20 minutes then to the time desired and it was heating up.
It was already set to the last temperature used and usually in the convection bake mode. Now I must reset time, temperature and mode with at least 3 punches of buttons that do not give much in the way of confirmation they are activated and to get the right temp I could be punching buttons numerous times.
I know this sounds petty but the engineers who designed this unit have NEVER used it. They tried to make it all electronic and succeeded but at the expense of convenience and simplicity. I have been asked several times by my two daughters (15 & 18) can we just fix the old one, it was much better.
Maximize the efficiency of your kitchen with this Calphalon quartz heat countertop oven. The quartz heating element preheats in seconds, while the 11 presets make it easy to defrost, bake, roast and dehydrate food.
This Calphalon quartz heat countertop oven includes baking and pizza pans as well as a dehydrator and a regular baking rack. Size: 11. 69″H x 18. 7″W x 15. 67″D.
This 12-slice toaster oven has 1800 watts of power to convection bake, toast and more. Features French doors, a 60-minute timer, 150°F-450°F adjustable temperature control and separate functions for upper and lower heating.
Includes one baking pan, two baking racks, a crumb tray, a tray handle, a rotisserie set and a handle. 21″Lx13. 9″Dx15″H. Stainless steel. 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
I have desperately wanted a french door toaster oven. I purchased an Oster and although it looked good, it did not have tracks to put the grid closer to the upper burner for toasting or broiling and took too much time.
Pros: This Oven was attractive because it is also stainless, has french doors, has simple to use dials, a rotisserie (which works well) and several levels, including an upper one where the grids can be placed closer to the upper burner.
The controls are simple and you are able to control the upper and lower burner separately. It cooked toast more quickly than the Oster, but not as quickly as the oven broiler, so my husband just uses the oven broiler.
I was trying to save having to heat up a large oven. CONS: It is not all stainless steel; only the front is stainless steel. It is relatively light and doesn’t appear as sturdy. The doors open separately, not together.
If you have a dish in one hand, you must open each side. This increases the likelihood of getting burned and defeats the beauty of the French doors. The top heated up much more than my previous oven, and is somewhat higher, so absolutely no chance of safely placing partly under cabinets.
All in all, I felt that for being more expensive than what I paid for the Oster, it was not worth it. I am returning it.

Reviews From Real Customers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I actually purchased this oven about a year ago on QVC promotion they had on this oven. My hubby & I were in the process of looking for a new place to live.
After packing up our things, & then unpacking – (a lot was still in the garage), I finally found the DeLonghi Livenza Countertop Convection Oven 😮 still in the box. I was so excited to finally find it.
It’s just my hubs & I in our place. I just wish I had found it earlier, as so I didn’t have to turn on my big oven to heat it up to make just a few simple items to cook & eat. I’m on a special diet & love eating turkey & chicken patties.
So this oven has defiantly come in handy this past fall & winter to cook those in the oven. I could cook those & some veggies at same time & then make a slightly different meal for my hubs. All done w/n a very short period of time.
I also could keep my dish warm on top of the oven while cooking my husbands meal. It also makes a perfect Take -n-Bake home pizzas for my hubs & I, one of us can pick up 2 fresh to bake pizzas on our way home from work for us to cook 2 at same time.
He likes one kind & I get a veggie style. This oven has been great for clean up & doesn’t take up much counter space. The down side to the oven is the handle in front. I have to pull the oven to end of counter for it to lay flat.
Hopefully they can redesign this feature on the oven in the future because of this (actually agree to many other reviews on the same topic). Other wise, its been a fabulous oven for the two of us.
I’ve had two other countertop ovens, and this one is the best by far. To begin with, it has a light inside, and most of the others don’t. Also the baking tray and pizza pan that come with it are non-stick, again unusual.
The controls are easy to understand and totally flexible for anything you might want to cook. It’s also very sleek and pretty to look at if that matters to you. One feature I like is that for the bake option it goes through a preheat phase so when you put the food in the oven the temp is already where it should be.
A beep lets you know it’s ready to put the food in, and it beeps three times when the time is up. This oven also has heating elements all over the top and bottom unlike other ovens, where there might be just two at top and two at bottom.
To me this makes for more even cooking. The heating elements are also flat so they don’t take up lots of inside space. I knew from the other positive reviews that I would like this oven, and I too highly recommend it.
Let me start with the design and look of the DeLonghi Livenza Convection Toaster Oven or a mini oven as is probably more appropriate. The oven is not overly large, but it is designed well with an industrial clean look.
This model was very appealing to me as it is very similarly designed to other DeLonghi kitchen products including my DeLonghi Livenza Electric Grill, which I use at least once a week. The controls are similar, both share a blue LCD panel and grippy metal dials.
The oven unit comes with multiple trays, the standard silver grate (which slides in and out but is not attached, so you need something to move the grate) a standard baking pan and a rounded pizza pan which fits into the rounded back wall of the oven.
My first use was for baking a frozen pizza, the oven provides you with several presets for everyday cooking task, I used the one for frozen pizza and it worked well, my preference is for a well done pizza, so next time I will add an additional three to its preset fifteen minutes.
Otherwise the pizza was cooked well enough and evenly, with that being an important factor. Next I toasted a refrigerated bagel, which again was evenly toasted, similar results for toast. As a matter of fact, in did a good job, only slightly exceeded by a dedicated slice style toaster.
I really appreciated the convention aspect of the oven, helping to evenly cook or reheat your food. The light inside the oven is also a nice plus. One caution, do not place anything on the top of the oven, as it seems to heat up more than more toaster ovens I have had in the past.
Frankly this oven performs and looks great, most personal size meals could be cooked with ease. However, size does limit what you can cook or bake, it might heat up leftovers or a portion of a meal but does not prepare family size meals.
I am finding that between my air fryer, Delonghi Electric grill and this small convention oven, I use traditional ovens and stoves less than in the past. For quick reheats of store bought prepared two person or less meals this oven does a wonderful job.
Pros: – nice looking and functionally designed – looks just like similar Delonghi Livenza product lines – cooks evenly, convention function works well – specialized cooking pans/trays – handy preset modes, with built in clock Cons: – top gets quite hot, remember it is an oven – adding time or adjusting temp requires restarting your cooking cycle – changing your cook mode, also requires you restarting your cooking cycle.
I am not a stranger to steam oven cooking and now the Cuisinart oven is my main go to cooking appliance. It ticks all the boxes for ease of use and end results. When my previous Wolfgang Puk steam oven expired I tried to source parts but without success and saw this oven on the ‘net.
the UTUBE reviews were so positive I decided to buy it and the price was extremely good too. I like the fact that the water container is separate and can be filled very easily. The digital readout for the various cycles is extremely easy to comprehend and even my daughter can understand it.
I have baked cakes, meat and other dishes with complete satisfaction and the small footprint makes it as compact on my work top as a microwave oven. I like the stainless steel working internal surfaces that keep clean even after a number of cooking cycles and the inbuilt self cleaning steam cleaner is good too.
I have not used my normal gas oven for years since going to a steam oven and now this Cuisinart model fulfills all the desire I need for a range of cooking recipes. All in all I would highly recommend this oven even to a conventional oven user.
We have been using our Cuisinart Combo Steam and Convection Oven several times a day for the past few weeks and we’re super impressed. This little oven has produced succulent chicken and fish, tender beef, meatballs browned but moist inside, perfectly steamed veggies, delicious tray bakes, gratins, bacon (with no spatter!), scrambled eggs, bread, the best toast! It takes about the same amount of room as a microwave (which we are no longer using).
And so easy to clean! The stainless steel racks and trays appear to be very good quality, and it comes with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. We would not hesitate to recommend this product.
This is an extraordinary oven. Simple to use – the oven steam/ bake is extraordinary – makes roast chicken is succulent on steam/ bake. Have baked cakes, slice, roasting and even toast. The little collecting plate underneath – catches the excess fluid and fat.
We are renovating our cottage and this oven is incredible in a small space.
Wolf Gourmet’s most advanced countertop oven offers all the benefits of a Wolf oven in a compact, energy-efficient form, plus new features that make countertop cooking even more convenient. The Wolf Gourmet Elite Countertop Convection Oven bakes, broils, roasts, proofs, toasts, heats bagels and warms food quickly and evenly, thanks to five heating elements, intuitive controls and advanced electronics.
The interior is spacious enough to fit most 9′ x 13′ stoneware dishes or a 5 pound chicken. Packed with upgrades like halogen interior lighting, a ‘Bagel’ setting that toasts the cut side and warms the other, a fully removable oven rack system for easy cleaning and an extra smooth-glide cooking rack for cooking flexibility, you’ll enjoy discovering all the little luxuries this countertop oven has to offer.
This is a great oven but I want to talk about the packing of the oven. There is a step by step instruction piece of paper when u open the box telling u how to unpack the oven. I was elated when I saw that because as u follow the instructions another piece of paper is there telling u how to proceed forward.
You don’t have to guess and the instructions are big and easy to follow. I am a small built gal in my 60’s and it was very easy to unpack unlike other things I have gotten that needs the help of my husband.
I have never seen anything like it before. I was able to set it up myself. The oven itself takes some time to heat but it still beats out my wall oven for heating. I am happy and this oven is so worth the money!.
We are really loving this oven. To call it a “toaster oven” is inaccurate, as it really is just a countertop OVEN. It heats up quickly and cooks beautifully. Bacon is perfection, frozen foods are cooked perfectly, the convection aspect is awesome.
Very roomy inside, the controls are intuitive and it is a snap to clean. A bit of a splurge, but I believe it is worth it.
Absolutely amazing! This was honestly the best purchase that I have made in a long time. I was worried that the oven would not be worth it, but it has officially replaced my standalone oven as it is the perfect size for two and handles my daily roast salmon and veg dishes.
Easy to use right out of the box. I highly recommend it to anymore that is considering to purchase the oven.
Features True European convection The only countertop oven with true European convection, cooking up to 40% faster and more evenly. Heat Guard technology Maintains the heat inside while the outside remains up to 50% cooler.
Save time and energy Preheats up to 60% faster than full-size convection ovens. Multi-level cooking Four adjustable positions for the one included rack maximize space and save you time for a variety of meals.
* See what’s cooking The internal light helps you keep an eye on your dishes. Eight preset programs Whether you want to make a pizza, roast a chicken or bake cookies, one of the eight preset programs is perfect for the job.
Simple cleanup The non-stick interior and removable crumb tray make cleanup a breeze. Spacious, yet compact 0. 8 Cu. Ft. of cooking capacity is big enough for family meals, yet the streamlined design takes up minimal counter space.
Overall, this unit works fairly well to replace a separate air fryer, toaster and convection oven. The first item attempted was just toast. With the additional heating element, the toast came out evenly cooked and ‘toasted’ – cook time was slightly longer than a traditional toaster but still acceptable.
Next, we tried a frozen pizza. This also came out acceptable using the included pizza pan. You are limited in size to maybe a 12″ pizza, and it didn’t get as crisp as baking directly on a rack in an oven, but cook time and convenience are both wins for cooking a frozen pizza.
We also tried using the ‘basket’ to Air Fry come chicken wings. We have done wings many times in a traditional basket style air fryer, and I think these came out crispier than I’ve been able to achieve using the same cooking methods as previous.
Only downside to this style of appliance is cleanup is more difficult. Most of the baskets / trays are stainless steel and not non-stick, so it’s harder to get food removed. Also, reaching inside the oven to clean the walls is more work than a traditional air fryer basket, but not all items cooked leave as big of a mess as chicken wings, so another acceptable compromise.
Lastly. , this is a very large appliance so you need to make sure you have the counter space, as it’s heavy enough it would be a pain to take it out and put it away every time you wanted to use it. Overall, am giving it a 4 out of 5 stars as it is diverse and can replace multiple devices.
Our trusty old toaster oven (another brand) “died” a year ago and, although I loved it, I was impressed with the extra features for this Livenza oven. With all the positive reviews I read about it, I ordered it.
I am sorry to have to write such a negative review, given all the positive comments I’ve seen here. But I have to be honest — this convection toaster oven has been a big disappointment to my husband and me.
I do like the size and that it fits well on our counter but, other than that, I have not found it to be satisfactory. It needs to be cleaned each time we toast bread — and removing the crumbs is time-consuming and cumbersome because of the way the appliance is designed.
We have to move the heavy oven to the edge of the counter in order to get the crumb catcher tray out. The directions are complicated and hard to follow. It’s easier and quicker just to toast in our regular oven than in this toaster oven.
I have been giving serious consideration to purchasing another convection/toaster oven — going back to our original brand which had been ideal. I just didn’t know how much I appreciated it until I switched to this more expensive brand.

I am really liking this very much, a little bigger than my Breville Countertop Oven (had that for 4. 5 years, convection fan stopped working recently). I really liked how the Breville cooked evenly and quick, but it was pricey, so I decided on this oven in hopes that it would be as good.
So far, I have made a bundt cake in about 35 min per box mix instructions, came out great; it used to take my regular oven 55 min for a bundt cake. Feeling good about that. Toasts great. I use the bake function for most things like frozen meatballs, fries, fish sticks.
All come out good. I am keeping a journal on how long things take and temp settings, etc. I read so many reviews for many different ovens in my search for a replacement for my Breville, and decided on this one.
The negatives that I was concerned about, oven door gets really hot, a little gap in the door closure (no heat/steam escaping that effects anything that I noticed), runs hotter than other ovens (I was concerned about burning stuff, but I was cautious the first time using to make sure I didn’t overcook anything, using lower temp to make sure, found out that wasn’t necessary).
Overall, I think this was a smart choice for my needs. It is easy to clean, as long as you clean it when it cools down, don’t let stuff build up. Advice is to keep journal on cooking things to get used to how it works.
I wish the timer counted down below a minute, kinda was used to that with the Breville, but not a deal breaker, it is just what you get used to I suppose. I pull it out a little from under my cabinets so the cabinet doesn’t get too hot, not a big deal.
I like that it does fit a 9 x 13 pan (no handles) which comes included, not with high sides, it is the shallow tray pan. Oh, almost forgot, the convection fans are super quiet, you almost wonder if they are on.
The convection fan for the Breville was noisy, so you know that was going on. Totally worth the price, got at Bed Bath and Beyond, used coupon, bought online, beat out Amazon price. Hope this helps people in their decision.
We tried two of these, due to finding this model on a couple of recommended lists. The first one did not heat to the desired temperature, sometimes as much as 75 degrees too low (used an oven thermometer to check because when set to 400 it just did not seem to be hot).
so, returned that but figured it might be just a lemon so ordered another of the same. This time the temperature was better, though still randomly above or below by 25 degrees or so. We know toaster ovens are not known for having good temperature control so considered keeping it anyway but then noticed the door was warped a bit on one side causing a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap where the heat would be escaping.
Also the door handle was loose and jiggly on one side, starting to hang off of the door. So, returned this one too and decided to go up a level and buy the Breville BOV845. More expensive for sure but it holds the correct temperature and is built well (great heavy duty door handle) and user friendly.
Who knows if this will last but we are really really happy with it. I gave it 2 stars because the design seemed good, compact, would be okay if you didn’t mind fidgeting each time with the temperature.
Also it had a 3 year waranty which i guess it needs! Bed Bath and Beyond took our returns with no question.
This is a very good unit for its purpose. We chose the Cuisinart over a comparable Breville model because the latter uses PTFE/PFOA non-stick coatings. When heated to high temps, these coatings give off odorless gases that are possibly cancer causing to humans and known to cause rapid death in companion birds.
With that said, the Cuisinart performs extremely well in all functions. The convection fan is quiet and really makes a difference. Our only complaint is the function dial which is flimsy and cheaply made vs.
the Breville function dial. Also the “done cooking” bell/ringer is barely audible. Our older smaller Cuisinart ringer was very audible. At it’s high price point, Cuisinart can do better with the aforementioned shortcomings.
Otherwise, this is a five star product. As for those who say the exterior gets hot, what appliance like this doesn’t? The product Includes several well-made trays and a pizza stone. It also has a useful.
Enjoy quick meals galore with the help of the Oster XL countertop oven. Its extra-large interior can fit two 16 pizzas with ease, making it ideal for whipping up family sized dishes, prepping appetizers and sides for parties, and more.
Convection heating technology offers fast, even heat, so your food comes out just right and ready to enjoy. And with eight preset cooking functions, it can handle everything from baking and broiling to dehydrating, defrosting, and toasting.
Plus, the included recipe book gives you loads of ideas for delish dishes. Approximate measurements: Oven: 13″ H x 21. 5″ W x 19. 2″ D. Weighs: 20 lbs, 11 oz.
the display panel is poorly designed – it is hard to see everything else is exceptionalthis thing is BIG and it exceeds what you hope for. If you had a toaster or convection or air fryer machine and always lamented they all seemed to have limited space, this thing which i also felt the same – this does it.
They all claim to cook frozen pizzas except their ads are all fiction – they show whats really a quite small pizza. This thing will cook a verrrry big one – in fact i moved my oven pizza stone to this machine – it doesnt the deal very well.
Toast – superb. Turbo convection, bake you pick it -its fantastic. Itlooks good too – those french doors – open them all the way so they lock and voila – perfect. The thing comes with zero directions or cook book or anything, the oster name like most is simply tacked on by some third party manufacturer – this deserves to come with decent documentation – same with the ability to order stuff like more racksor knowing easy dimensions.
Id love to add added racks of both types – good luck on the oster site – it shows the prior french door and those racks are NOT available. So bottom line easy to use and understand, but you need a light in the kitchen to read the panel – and do not expect any manufacturer support – it is sadly shameful.
On the other hand if especially you had long ago replaced a toaster with a toaster oven multi purpose device or had some sucky air fryer and wanted to set up – skip the over hyped breville junk and that is over priced too – i bought an open box model to boot – it was 200 bucks with tax to my door and aside from those minor things – functionally this thing is a dream.
I hope to be able to eventually get more racks but in truth the two it has are basically more than sufficient. If a household had only this and a microwave, i believe you could cook anything save for needing a range top at times otherwise there is little this cant make happen and no oven heat up or such.
I wanted to get the oster French door since they first made it. However it had some problems. They evidently have been improving it over the years and now have the perfect oven. It is fantastic. I am short and have problems with lifting and reaching into my wall ovens.
This is what I needed for my countertop. I now can cook and bake without having to get my husband to do everything. It is very well made. and is so easy to use. I was pleased that the outside does not get too hot and the doors are great.
Because there are two, when you open them they don’t extend beyond the counter top. My regular oven opens up too much in front of the oven so you have to reach too far over the hot door. It pre heats for appropriate settings, does it super fast and if you don’t want it to preheat you press the stat button and it starts cooking.
It beeps when pre heat temp is reached and goes on to cooking if you want to use it and you don’t have to go and press the start button. It does it automatically. When you open the doors to check temperature of food the oven stops cooking and the starts again when door is closed.
My old toaster oven didn’t do that and I had to be careful I didn’t touch the heating rod or get burned from the heat. I love that the shelf support tracks aremolded and are part of the sides of the unit and not something the screwed into the walls.
So you can put heavy pans inside. Themain rack is very strong and has a track on the bottom of the side ps that you slide the baking tray into to catch any drips from broiling meat or other things. Ingenious.
It stops the drips from going all over the unit interior. Love it. So cleaver. In the instructions it should have shown it as it is not easy to understand what they were explaining about putting in the track.
Quiet quiet quiet when you use the turbo convection. Bought a 15 round pizza stone and it fit perfectly in the oven. Reheated some slices on pizza setting and it heated it perfectly. The stone didn’t fit in my la.
Big french door toaster oven with multiple uses. Albeit it is big (think microwave size) its great for bigger families. You can toast up to 9 breads at one time. Con: u have to toast on low 2 setting (your bread is toasted but not brown) or else you will get hard crouton texture.
Mine only came with one shelf. Two would have been better. You can bake smaller items quickly like biscuits, personal pizzas, potatoes or veggies, small batches of fries. Con: it varies greatly from an oven the heating bars are closer to the food and burn the top fairly quickly before cooking the center.
The french doors allow for wider items. Pulling one side opens both doors. Cons: the handles are located outside of the glass windows and heat up fast and hot. you have to continuously hold the door open with one hand.
There is no door stop or lock mechanism to hold them open for you so if u let go of the handle both hot doors will shut on ur hand/wrist and burn. You can dehydrate with this as well. Cons: comes out so dry and brittle.
Beautiful design and ok priced but lacks true toasting/baking needs. I would try other brands to before committing to this one.
The Cuisinart Deluxe Convection Toaster Oven Broiler is designed with 9 functions, including convection for making delicious cakes, potatoes and roasts. Sized to accommodate a whole chicken, a 12-inch pizza, or 6 slices of bread, the unit is controlled by an electronic dial and LED buttons.
The large blue back-lit LCD allows for the quick and easy setting of function, temperature, and cook time. The Exact Heat sensor maintains precise oven temperatures, and the Always Even shade control ensures that toast consistently turns out the selected shade.
After many years with a Breville convection toaster oven, it started to lose function, so we bought this Cuisinart. I will divide my review into pros and cons; unfortunately, there are far more cons.
Pros: 1. Attractive and quiet. 2. Wide range of temps, times, and functions. 3. Comes with two grates and pizza stone. Cons. 1. The function dial is flimsy and needs to be set EVERY time, even if the same function is done repeatedly.
2. Despite maximizing sounds, they are barely audible. 3. The baking pan, grates, and crumb tray are very hard to clean. 4. The oven light goes on for 2 full minutes whenever the door is opened. 5. Only the toaster counts down by seconds.
6. The 30-second button does not work after the function stops. 7. Door does not close tightly and so leaks heat. 8. Preheating even to 350°F takes over 7 minutes. It is only 1 month old and I still have all the original packaging, so I wish Cuisinart would let me return it.
Does what I need it to do. After a few uses, I needed to reduce the settings (time) for toasting/bagels. It makes no sense to me to advise me to unplug after every use and also to have options that would constantly need to be reset (clock, loudness of beeping).
That aside, I find it easy to use, despite my being a bit confused by the documentation. I usually prefer to read all the documentation and think I understand how it works before I even plug it in, but a lot of things became much clearer (and simpler) once I actually used it.
I don’t cook much and haven’t tried dual timings or anything more complex than toast, bagels (frozen and thawed), and regular baking of frozen pizza (in a pan, not on the stone). I also don’t use convection features (I dislike noise).
(The beep satisfies my need for less noise, but I do get distracted waiting for things to cook and should probably turn it up so it’s not so easy to ignore. So far the low level hasn’t been a problem, though.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my mother. The first time my husband and I tried to use it, it became extremely hot on the outside, all over. While telling my husband about the heat he waved his hand over it and the slot at the top was apparently letting out heat because it instantly burned his hand.
I sent a note to Kitchen Aid through Ebay and have not had a response. When I tried to contact them via my mothers Ebay account, there was no phone number so I had to leave a message. They told me that my time to return it was over.
I asked them to reconsider this because it was a gift and I was unable to try it until I came back from my Christmas vacation. I have always liked kitchen aid as a brand but am very disappointed to have a countertop oven I can’t use or it will blister my paint, crack my granite and dry out or burn my cabinets.
When I say it was hot, I’m not talking warm but the kind of hot you can’t touch and still can’t touch 30 minutes later. It took 45 minutes for it to cool down enough to handle. I want a functional oven.
I hope they replace it or give my mother her money back but I’m not counting on it because it’s through EBay and not Amazon where they can help us return it when it’s defective and give a 60 day window for returns.
This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. It is a little expensive, but worth it. The space inside is wonderful. This takes up almost the same amount of countertop space as my older, much smaller toaster oven, but I can actually fit a pizza in it.
My 8×8 baking dish fits perfectly. This quickly became my go-to for baking for anything that fits rather than heating up my full-size oven. It cooks splendidly. The convection feature is great and easy to use (push the button).
Also, I had to double-check to make sure the convection was running because it was so quiet. Other convections I have used were noisy. I was especially surprised with how quickly it heats. I thought I would have it preheating while I mixed up brownie batter.
I couldn’t finish the batter before it was preheated. Probably my favorite thing is the controls, and one of the main reasons I bought the product. I was on the hunt for an appliance with as FEW CONTROLS AS POSSIBLE! It has become increasingly difficult to find something that doesn’t have dozens of setting and buttons and dials and this and that and the other.
I wanted to have very simple, bare bones options. It’s a toaster oven! It should come on, get hot, and cook.
I purchased this oven 11/7 and rec’d it 11/15. From the start this product seems to have a mind of it’s own. Here are a couple of examples of it’s unpredictable behavior. 1) In the “toast mode” the top heating elements never come on so you end up with the bread only toasted on one side.
2) In the “broil mode” the “preheat” feature is supposed to be disabled,in practice the oven immediately goes into preheat. 3) In the “baking” mode you set a temp and time, press start and wait for the oven to preheat.
Once preheated you open the door, insert the food, and press start again for the timer to countdown. In reality once the oven is preheated you open the door, insert food, and press start, except it immediately goes back into preheat mode and the timer never starts.
If you allow it to preheat again then open the door(again) to insert the food, close door and press start it goes right back into preheat mode. So essentially this oven is useless. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they assure me a replacement is “in the mail”.
I’d be willing to bet it has the same problems. We’ll see Richard.
You’re viewing our Adcraft professional half size convection oven. Adcraft’s COH-3100WPRO commercial convection oven is half the size of conventional convection ovens, the small footprint design saves you space and is ideal for countertops.
The convection oven has a temperature range of 120 degree to 500F and features a grill/broil function (570F) and a cook and hold feature that maintains warm temperature up to 180 minutes.
It is larger than most toaster ovens, with space to comfortably fit six slices of toast, a 13-inch pizza, or a whole chicken. However, as a countertop convection oven, it is more space-efficient than a conventional wall oven.
A smaller oven means less time to heat up and less time to cook, perfect for preparing a meal in a hurry (or for cooks who like to create in the heat of the moment). This also translates into a cooler kitchen (particularly convenient in the hot summer months) and less energy consumed.

I dont usually write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I have a two year old wall oven which I never use. I have only used a Breville. This oven really is the best thing since sliced bread.
Well designed. A little heavy to keep lifting out of cupboards for storage though thats what I do as I dont have sufficient permanent bench top space. Easy to clean if you dont cook too many fatty foods.
Makes great pizzas. Replacement pans, shelf trays and other removable items can be purchased from Breville if the original parts become too unsightly or difficult to clean. This is my second Breville and the original purchase (the BOV800) made nearly a decade ago still works like a charm and now is used for cooking messy foods.
Purchased this for a rental suite but decided to give it a try myself, now I am thinking or ordering one for my own use. Although I have a great full size convection oven, am amazed at how quickly this unit heats up.
It takes less than 5 minutes to come to temp at 375F The compact interior cooks very evenly and the setting choices make it a breeze to use. Would definitely recommend this product.
Had the previous model for years and always performed well, and wanted to upgrade with the new unit having convection and the addition of the interior light. My wife loves this oven, almost always reheats her meals in it forgoing the microwave.
Excellent design and craftsmanship on the build and design features.

We purchased this steam oven in a combination wall oven installation almost one year ago and are very happy with it in every way; looks, features, performance and reliability. This oven has steam and European convection features.
The steam oven is really unique in that foods can be cooked without losing moisture and it really excels a reheating foods like pizza, which even days old in the fridge come out as if it was just pulled out of the original pizza oven.
This oven is also handy for conventional cooking if you have a small dish or if you need a warming oven while the main oven is in operation. When the unit was first installed the steam oven had a bad seal where the water canister plugged in.
Because we didn’t immediately understand the issue the leaked moisture in turn caused some of the control buttons to malfunction. What impressed me was the speed that Bosch responded to and resolved our issue.
There are two excellent certified Bosch repair groups that service our area. The issue was rectified on the first try. There have been no other problems after that initial hiccup. Before buying our appliances we visited the Bosch showroom in the Chicago Merchandise Mart.
The representative there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of all the kitchen appliances. He provided a number of tips about how to use the appliances that have helped us get the most out of our purchases.
We highly recommend a visit to one of these showrooms if you are looking at buying a set of appliances.
Can’t say enough good things about the moist fish and juicy tender chicken we get from our steam oven. And the keep warm and defrost functions work really well. But the steam clean option is useless other than to clear out residual smells from the oven – it doesn’t actually loosen any hardened grime for removal.
Plus I can’t even reach the back of the oven for cleaning unless I remove the door. Once the door is off, it’s major elbow grease with a microfibre cloth and a very dry baking soda/soap mixture. My Bosch wall oven has an excellent cleaning feature.
It would be great if the steam oven technology evolved to allow for this as well.
We own the Bosch steam oven for 6 months and have been learning how to use it. At Thanksgiving we took a chance and cooked a 13 lb turkey in the steam oven following the Bosch instruction booklet. The turkey cooked in 75 minutes (!!!) and had crispy skin and juicy tender meat.
We had a former professional chef with us and he was as amazed and pleased with the results as we were! The reheat function is fantastic. it warms the food, reconstitutes it to perfect texture, unlike the microwave, and gets things appropriately crispy.
We reheated our leftover cornbread stuffing and turkey and it was PERFECT. This oven dramatically cuts down cooking time so you can throw a last minute meal together for surprise guests and cook something quickly and it’s delicious.
I just used the plate warm function the other day and they were very warm but could still be handled without a mit. We are still learning how to use all the functions but we are so glad we purchased this oven.
I only wish there were more cookbooks / recipes / instructions for this technology so we could really learn the ins and outs, because I’m guessing how to adjust my recipes’ cook times [This review was collected as part of a promotion.

Extremely sturdy oven. Excellent as a base for flexibility in designing the hot line. Only complaint is hard to open– requires strong people to yank door open. The plastic around the metal door handle is a bit rough, needed to file it down a little to prevent cutting the hands.

The convection oven is the best option for sublimation tumblers because it evenly distributes heat, which is necessary for the sublimation process. Additionally, the convection oven prevents the formation of hotspots, which can ruin the design on the tumbler.
