I have been using this product as well as the other varieties from Barber for several years and have had not trouble with preparation. I use my air fryer. I have them ready in approximately 18 minutes; none have exploded; some leak a little, but that is to be expected.

This is my second order and when I received my package, the cheese was warm and soft. The packing for keeping the cheese cool was sealed well but it did not do it’s job. I put the cheese in the refrigerator and left it for a couple days.
What I noticed is that the cheddar cheese the orange/yellow color had separated. I haven’t tried them yet. I opened the smoked Gouda and was disappointed with the taste. I did use the smoked mozzarella and that seemed fine.
I had also received an order of fruit from a different company from Florida the same day and they also used the same coolant packing It also was very warm but the fruit was fine. I had received both of the packages on Friday June 11.
First, I love smoked cheeses. I ordered this to sample a variety of the cheese this company provides. These were a good choice, as the cheeses have a good amount of smoky flavor. On a side note. The Bourbon Gouda is not a favorite of mine.
I know it’s is a personal choice for taste, but I know I would not order it separately. It was just OK when using as a snack but when I melted some for a sandwich, it just wasn’t appetizing to me. The other cheese in this group are all 5 star and will be ordering more.
Love my cheese and must say this is the best!!! Smoked cheese I have ever had. The smoothest and most delicate smoking in a cheese. I love cheese Brothers cheese so much I had to send my boys in Texas one of their gift packs with all the cheese flavors.

Love this Blue Cheese dressing on anything! I use it like ranch. It is great on a bacon blue cheese wedge salad paired with a steak. Love to drink red wine with that meal. Not healthy but who cares! It is a great treat for yourself.
I’m just a sucker for blue cheese dressing! I actually just had this tonight with some hot wings and my goodness it was amazing. You could use this for whatever type of dipping sauce depending on your love for it.

Usually when you go to a Giant Eagle or store similar and get their salad bars, they have these packets. I’ve tried a few and have no complaints. The dressing is creamy and tastes great for being in little packages that you can take with you.

OMGOODNESSS. this is literally the best Mac and Cheese I have had in many years. Growing up I was obsessed and in love with macaroni and cheese but over the years my taste for pasta has dwindled but my love for cheese has not.
LOL I have progressed in my taste buds so much that I cannot even stand the taste of box macaroni and cheese such as crafts Velveeta Etc For some reason. all that I really taste is the pasta no cheese.

The Salemville blue cheese is a fantastic delicious blue cheese. It is superior to other blue cheese brands because of its simple pure ingredients. It is made with just milk, salt, and the enzymes and bacterial culture that turn the milk into cheese.
There are no bulking agents, sugars, flavors or preservatives added which are so commonly used in other inferior quality blue cheese. The crumbles themselves were very creamy and moist with a strong blue cheese flavor.
The flavor was clean and crisp but not at all offensive like some other blue cheese can be sometimes. The texture so moist enough that the crumbles could be spread on crackers straight out of the box which is unlike many other brands that are dry and lack the creamy-ness of Salemville.

Growing up , my mother was a big fan of all things cheese, and blue cheese was no exception, so though I’ve not had it in decades, upon opening the container the scent took me right back. Pungent, and quite mouth-watering, blue cheese is not for everyone, but for those who do, it is a tasty cheese treat.

This is my first time ever trying blue cheese. I must admit that it’s not as bad as I expected. It is stinky, which is something I expected, but not too strong. I liked the cheesy flavor and the creaminess of it but I didn’t like the sourness or the kind of chemical-y aftertaste.
Not sure what that was. Like I said, I’ve never had blue cheese so I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I can see me using this in a salad or some kind of recipe. Im glad it’s a small size container because I’m not sure if I’ll buy this again.
(That all depends on my success of using it in different recipes. ) But I am happy that I tried it because it was better than I expected it to be. I recommend this for anyone who already enjoys blue cheese or for people who are willing to try new things.

This cheese is better than all the other national brands. I just wish I could find their Vermont cheddar locally since I like this Monterey jack so much and I like to mix those two together. But if you like different kinds of cheese I’m sure all of the varietys would suit your needs.
I love to use the Monterey jack shredded on top of a few different casseroles I make. It even works well to make pizza along with cheddar so you have a different taste which is not as mild as traditional mozzarella on a pizza.
Colby jack is my favorite go to cheese. And this product is one of the best. It is smooth tasting and goes with everything. I use it for nachos, in my favorite dishes and just eat it plain. I use this product regularly.
Cabot Colby Jack Cheese is pretty much like most Colby jack cheeses. Nothing about it really stands out as far as taste goes. It is a softer cheese so it cuts easier and have very little crumble to it.
It does melt nicely if you want to add it to a burger of some sort. I will buy it again if on sale because Cabot cheese is quality cheese.
