I had low expectations for this trimmer based on the reviews it had, as I’m a person who likes to be completely bare down there, but I’m positively surprised. It is able to get a really close shave and the skin afterwards is smooth.

It’s my first time using a trimmer so it left spots where it’s more of a stubble, but that’s completely fine, I’ll get better with experience. What’s most important is that it didn’t give me any kind of irritation or cuts that I usually get with shaving.

The only minus is that it can’t be used in the shower. Overall a really great product.

I have to say I’m quite split on this device. On the upside it’s small size is very useful for precision trimming; good for an area where accuracy is very important. It’s nice to be able to groom myself without the constant fear of razor cuts… How many of us have go on that adventure? Too many.

On the downside I find it often pulls at the hair when I use it which isn’t always the most comfortable experience.

I use this on my partner. We have found going to barbers can be quite pricey especially to get the desired look. We desire the professional haircut but at the comfort of our own home which is exactly what this clipper offers.

The front box states ‘easy even haircut’ and this is exactly true to its word. It is lightweight to use with a great grip therefore allows the precision needed without hands cramping up. We have found it quite hard when using other clippers as some can be very heavy so this is a perfect weight to ensure accurate cutting.

We were hesitant initially as we usually go for cordless as we don’t want the cords getting in the way but we found that actually this was not even an issue. The cord is very thin, long and you barely notice it is there when cutting.

The grades are very easy to change by just moving the dial up and down which is a big pro for this. We didn’t have to go over and over the same spot to achieve the desired outcome and found that what it claims to do, it does.

cuts 2 times faster. I like the handle as the grip is really good on it, allowing flexibility and manoeuvre through everything. I was able to cut through my hair with little effort and no snags at all.

Setting up was a breeze – really easy to put the clips on and take them off. It is a durable design and allows that tailored finish. However, the only thing I’d say it is slightly noisy but I have found this with most clippers I have bought.

I would have liked it to come with a cleaning brush but I guess this is just having to be picky. Just an easy, lightweight and sleek clipper which I am very satisfied with and I would indeed recommend it to other people.

) At first I thought the facial hair trimmer was a remover, like a motorized version of that tweezer-like spring roller tool. Nope, as the name suggests. It’s a trimmer. So I felt like I was using a dainty lady’s version of a man’s electric shaver.

It shaved off my persistent lady ‘stache and ironically, the regrowth seems slower than waxing or spring rolling. (I’m unlucky and get a full regrowth two weeks after waxing. ) A LOT faster to use than waxing or spring rolling and zero pain.

I have no use for the eyebrow grooming so no comment on that. Haven’t tried the bikini/body trimmer, but it looks easy and safe to use. With the comb attached, I’m tempted to call it a hair clipper. The touch-up disposable razor is pointless to me.

I guess if you need a manual razor but don’t have one it’s included. Just in case. The device is designed to be used wet or dry, but I am not willing to test it in water. The battery is AA (included) instead of a rechargeable lithium-ion, so obviously the device has a way to insert the battery.

(It’s sealed pretty well with a vaccum-like suction, but I’m just too cautious. ).

I use another hair removal system for body. But for my face fur and other sensitive parts, this has worked great over the past 1. 5 years. I dont recommend it for eyebrows because those require a lot more careful handling and these shears are pretty fast.

I have sensitive skin and usually make sure to cleanse my face before and after use with aloe or rose water. I also wash out the shaver heads each time.

This is a great “trimmer. ” I’ve had it for a little over a year now and the thing is still running fine for a $16 purchase. I like to keep my bush clean and tidy, but not completely bald, and this is perfect for that.

I used to use scissors to quickly trim off the excess, but one time I had a slip-up, and the next day I was buying this. I always use it on the shortest setting with the gaurd on, and I have never nicked myself.

I have tried it without the gaurd, which gets a much closer shave (not razor close, but shorter) but I found that the stuble left over was too prickly for my taste and I prefer the short but flat laying length from useing the gaurd.

TIPS: Only use it on dry hair, or else the head gets cloged with the trimmed hairs. I like to use it right before I get in the shower. Also, using it on dry hairs lets you easly remove the gaurd and brush off the head so you dont have to get it wet to clean it.

I wash the gaurd, brush the head, and then spray it with some rubbing alchohol after each use.

My mother bought this for me when I was pregnant and had a hormonal cry fest to her on the phone about how embarrassed I was at my OB check ups because I couldn’t shave down there anymore. This thing is amazing and was a life saver for me.

You can slap the guard on and just go in blind if you need to. Now, 3. 5 years later and mine is still going strong. Still works like a champ and no signs of dulling or tuckering out! Now that I’m a mom, I don’t always have the energy or will to keep my “bikini area” shaved like I used to.

I am unfortunately unable to provide a full review of the product as I was unable to use it in the condition it was sent to me. I noticed that the box had some minor damage/wear suggesting it had been open before.

Upon closer inspection of the blade, I noticed a few very small bits of hair/fuzz. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. I immediately contacted Ulta and received the automated response to expect a reply within 24 hours.

Over a day later, still no response. I want to give Ulta the benefit of the doubt, as it is a pretty horrible thing to deceptively return such a product and claim it was never used. The hairs are faint so I could understand how they may have been overlooked, but still I would hope more care would be given, especially given the nature of the product.

In my opinion, a product of this nature should always be final sale, barring mechanical defects that prevent it from functioning to begin with. I live over an hour away from my most convenient Ulta store, and it is proving to be a hassle to get this exchanged.

There’s only one bad thing about this razor is the trimmer. Performance wise the trimmer does the job perfectly but however it rusts so quick, shortly after you buy the razor the trimmer rusts so I don’t recommend you to buy this razor just because it has the trimmer.

Other than that one thing it’s a wonderful razor that really lasts. I don’t use the trimmer so it’s not a big deal for me. The $18 refills are the problem I have. But it’s worth the price considering the refill heads last for a long time.

Up to this point I’ve always used the bikini trimmer by Venus and loved it. However whenever I went to the store to buy another one they were either out or no longer carry them. So, on a whim I decided to purchase this since I thought it would be cool to have an electric one anyway.

My very first thought when trying this was it’s too loud. If you’re used to an electric razor or trimmer than it probably doesn’t bother you at all, but to me it was pretty noisy. Secondly, the guard is a pain trying to adjust.

It has 3 different positions you can put it in but every time I try to adjust it I can’t slide it up and down easily and it instead comes all the way off. The first time trying to operate it I tried to adjust it and had to forcibly pull it to get it to move and it eventually came completely off and cut my finger in the process.

Another thing that makes me wish I would have stuck with the Venus trimmer is the width on this one. Far to small for me, I wish it was at least a little wider.

One cartridge lasts quite a while though. The trimmer works fine for touch ups and such but I wouldn’t rely on it completely for “bigger jobs” if you know what I mean. It’s a maintenance type trimmer.

You can take the plastic head right off and use the trimmer that way, getting closer, but I’m leery about that. In all, this is a great razor for super smooth legs with no cuts and nicks and for trimming the bikini line and bikini area quickly and efficiently right in the bath or shower.

Definitely the best product for body grooming particularly in sensitive areas. I had no issues even without the guard. I fell for the manscape marketing and that thing sliced my skin with the guard. Tried others as well.

Works well on a variety triming situations. The angled cutters makes it easier to reach hard areas. The design of cutting blades and guards help minimize nicks. The build is good and trimmer can be used wet or dry.

I like that it comes with a two year warranty unlike some other competitors.

Not the most exciting product to review. I have tried a few different body groomers and have not really like any of them… until this one! Super easy to use and quickly and painlessly removes hair.

I keep trying razors with the battery operated trimmer and this is (so far) the only one I have liked. It isn’t perfect but it does a good job. I think that it works best when trimming hair in the bikini/pubic area when the hair is not long but a medium length and density.

I like that it has the regular razor on one end and the trimmer on the other. I don’t think the blades of the regular razor last long enough, but I do shave frequently because I can’t stand having any body hair.

I forget how much I paid for this but in my opinion, it is far better than what Venus has to offer. I do recommend giving this razor/trimmer a try because it does work well and it is gentle compared to others.

WOW, I cannot believe it took me so long to buy this! I’d been considering and researching bikini trimmers for a while but couldn’t settle on one. Finally caved during a trip to Target – price was so much better than others I was looking at elsewhere and I figured why not.

I primarily bought it for the trimmer, which works great! Didn’t pull hair, quick and easy to use (since it’s cordless), and handheld/easy to maneuver. If you’re on the fence, get it! Make sure you clean it regularly and correctly – there’s an instruction guide for how to clean under the trimmer head included in the box.

I’m single, and at this point in my life only shave my bikini baby fresh after my period. I shave my legs, arms and armpits almost everyday. Since my bikini is crazy overgrown every time I use the trimmer first, then the razer.

It has a circle of gel soap around the razer for extra slip (usually when it’s gone I replace the razer refill) but I would still use shaving cream for the bikini for sure. It’s guarded like my emotions and won’t cut you, I like to get it over with and hate to shave so I move dangerously fast and haven’t cut myself yet.

The head is curved and pivots to the curves of your body, and most of the time you only need one swipe (unless it’s a bush).

Ordered and fulfilled by Amazon. Cost £15. This is the newest version from Veet, September 2019. I own the older version and bought a replacement of that as well as trying this new one. I don’t use it as a regular shaver, as I found it a bit harsh on my skin.

I bought this to do my eyebrows only. In comparison to the older model, the press on/off button on this is much better. The older model has a twist on/off and can be fiddly. This also has an angled head which is useful.

I really like that this one comes with a nice zipped carry case, much better than the older versions drawstring one. Although the carry case is bigger it doesn’t come undone in your bag, which has happened to me in the past with the drawstring one and all the attachments went everywhere.

Bought this with high hopes. Used it a few times for eyebrows and did the job however it stopped working and Superdrug changed it for a new one. The new one seemed fine then after a few uses stopped working again so there’s definitely some electrical issue there.

Can’t just be mine that has stopped working as I even had it replaced. Contacted veet for a refund. Overall it doesn’t the job but what’s the point doing the job a few times when the device stops working altogether.

Changed the batteries and still same issue. Highly annoyed as it was expensive for a trimmer.

This trimmer has two separate trimmer heads for different grooming situations. It also comes with attachments, cleaner brush, and a battery. I would suggest investing in some oil for the trimmer head bottom that connects to the handle for continued use (to keep this tool running for a long time in the future).

I brought this trimmer recently, and so far I am quite happy with it. The shaving head does absolutely nothing, as a number of other reviewers have also said, so if you want a totally smooth finish the bikini genie probably isn’t for you.

But if you’re not too bothered about that, it still gives quite a close shave, all the other attachments do exactly what they say on the box, and for the price, I can’t really find anything to complain about.

It does take a bit of practice if you’ve never used one before; I managed to nick myself a couple of times on the first try as I kept trying to hold it like a razor, but it doesn’t take long to pick up the technique.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought this very recently (3/10) for my teenage daughter who does swim training everyday. Read the reviews and thought this would be the perfect starting option for her bikini area rather than the pain of waxing or epilators and definitely shaving.

But could not be more disappointed. She did not have much growth so immediately started with the shaver attachment. When she told me it wasn’t taking ANYTHING of I presumed she wasn’t using it properly and tried to demonstrate on my hairier legs.

I used the same shaver attachment and nothing was being shaved even after going over same area multiple times. Total waste of cash especially at £25 , that’s like a gut punch!!!.

I liked the size of the trimmer as well as the weight. It’s not big and clunky and because of its size I felt that it got into the nooks better. I also liked that it didn’t pull or tug on my hair like others have done in the past.

I really like that you can use wet or dry. It’s a trimmer so don’t expect a smooth shave but it does the job. I use it on my arms and legs when I’m in pinch and it does the job there too. My only two issues is that it didn’t come with the mechanical oil that you’re supposed to use after it gets wet and also that you can’t plug it in to charge.

I haven’t oiled it as of yet since I’m not sure where to buy this oil so if it came with the oil that would have been much more convenient. I like that it comes with a battery but I feel that it would be have been better if it came with a charger instead of a battery.

I wanted a smooth finish which would last longer than a day. The mini shaver head for finishing does absolutely nothing and when looking a the head I can run my fingers of the blade without a slight scratch so how on earth is it meant to get rid of the stubble.

Where has this been my whole life. After enduring skin irritating hair removal creams, waxing, shaving (and scissors!), this brilliant trimmer is the answer to all my bikini related grooming problems.

First time buying a trimmer and have never been this impressed. Within a few minutes the area in concern is now flawless. I barely feel the trimmer touching the skin, it’s very gentle and yet achieves a very close trim.

This is my first razor of this type so I have nothing to compare it to. Also, I never used it on my bikini line, so I can’t say how it performs in that respect. I did use it to shave the hair on my neck and up into the hairline for relief from summer heat, and it was very good for that.

But the battery compartment did corrode from me keeping this device in my bathroom. So don’t do that. But it was under warranty and they sent me a new one.

You really can’t go wrong with these affordable eyebrow razors. You can also use them as a bikini line trimmer. 3 for a $1. 00 is not bad. When my eyebrow lady is unavailable I use these to trim my eyebrows.

I really enjoy this razor. I have extremely sensitive skin and every shave usually equates to a miserable bout of rash and irritation. This is the first time I have shaved in years without any problems.

The razor is easy to grip and has a very light nick-free action. I got a very smooth shave the first pass (didn’t have to shave the same spot twice). It worked equally well on my legs and underarms. It rinses effortlessly thanks to the design.

These razors are amazing they make you feel like you’ve become your own brow stylist lol. No really it works really good when you apply a tab of Vaseline to the bad of your eyebrows before using the beauty razors.

The size and the fact that it’s waterproof is what appealed to me in the first place, but the size is one of the issues. It’s nice and small, so very portable and easy to hold. However, because it’s so small it takes FOREVER to trim anything.

It has very little power and is just not very feasible for a fulltime trimmer. Vacation for the spots you miss or that pop up? Definitely.

This styler does exactly what is says on the tin, the heads both work well on their own, the cut to the skin without the attachments is relatively close so that’s good and all the attachments work perfectly on thin and thick hair, because the blades don’t touch the skin there is no chance of cutting yourself, also I have noticed that on areas of sensitive skin like the face and bikini line razor burn and it grow hairs are completely reduced which is AMAZING because I really struggled with razor burn in the past.

The Philips Precision Trimmer comes in a nice small box- fitting for a small device, since I was genuinely worried that it may come in a some sort of large and bulky and completely unnecessary packaging.

The device itself resembles a nice pen, therefore, not big, and very comfortable to hold in one’s hand. It is powered by a single AAA battery and comes with a cleaning brush and a precision attachment.

The instructions on the box are given in a super simple picture format, therefore I had no questions on how to use the product. Once turned on, the trimmer emits a gentle (at least to me) buzzing noise- as you would expect- without giving me any fear that it will cause me any discomfort.

I am a female with a tendency to have somewhat prominent hairs above the top lip, therefore, I was really excited to try out the trimmer. It glided through my face with ease and actually removed more ‘fuzz’ than I knew I had.

Never have I been so grateful to own one of these as much as I had during lockdown. With all the beauty shops closed for few months I had chance to try one of these bad boys out and let me tell you I was impressed.

At 1st glance it’s a sleek compact looking device , easy to carry around and slip in to your handbag discreetly. Battery operated Requires 1 AAA battery ,comes with a precision trimmer, eyebrow shaping comb and small cleaning brush.

It’s not waterproof. I tried it on my eyebrows found it quick and easy to use , safe as I wasnt scared of accidentally cutting it to short using the eyebrow comb my eyebrows hairs were even after trimming No problem doing the upper lips removed all unwanted hair , left no irritation on skin, great for facial hair and easy to clean brush after each use I absolutely love this trimmer and carry it in my handbag.

I dont have much facial hair therefore it has actually saved me money in the long run as I dont have it professionally done now as it gives me the same results.

I don’t often leave reviews but this really annoyed me. This takes twice the time and does half the job of my old razor. My old razor was advertised as a mans razor. I would love to know why razors are not gender neutral in advertising.

the Women’s ones tend to be style over function which doesn’t float my boat when it comes to tools. The men’s advertising makes me feel awkward about buying the one that works! Madness.

It’s far too small to trim anything other than eye brows, and even that it struggles. In my opinion you’d be better off getting a cheap pair of scissors than this as it would do a better job in less time and far cheaper.

Don’t waste your money.

I liked this little bikini shaver so much I bought another when the blades started to dull. It wont give you a clean shave but it trims everything down perfectly. I then go in with a regular razer for any areas I want totally smooth.

I add a little aloe vera gel after to help my sensitive skin. It never gives me razor burn but obviously it is sharp enough to cut yourself if you’re not careful. Works great. Husband approved too!.

Overall, I enjoyed use the Conair Precision Bikni Trimmer. I like how the trimmer comes with multiple parts. It can fit basically any grooming need a lady may need. A major downfall, the battery life isn’t great.

I absolutely love this product. I’ve had it for years-and it’s lasted years as long as you replace the batteries. It comes with different plastic attachments (at least mine did) to control your trim.

Plus it’s water proof, so it’s great in the shower or bath shaving your legs or underarms. Highly recommend. A great investment. The blade part costs some $$$ but again-a great investment.

Bought this as I have very sensitive skin, wanted something that shaved to a length that looks tidy but not completely shaven off, it’s a little bit more faff then a normal disposable razor but the end result I was impressed with and my lady garden was not irritated at all! Overall really like this product.

Doesn’t shave close to skin at all, even without the trimmer heads on. Honestly would stick to a classic razor as that would give you a closer shave and it’s less faffing about. Lastly, wouldn’t recommend buying this.

I attempted to use this to trim my bikini area and it did not provide a close shave at all. I read this in a couple of reviews but unfortunately I bought it anyway thinking we all like different levels of closeness.

If you just want to shorten some hair then maybe this will do fine. But if you want it to trim close anywhere on your body then don’t buy this trimmer. I was looking for an all over trimmer and this just doesn’t do the job for me.
