I really like these #Hanes #bikeshorts. I wear them as regular shorts under a long tunic. I also wear these shorts under a dress so I don’t have to worry about my underwear showing. They are so comfortable and they look great.

I purchased these shorts in black and gray. They fit well, are comfortable and wash well. I don’t usually put my workout wear in the dryer, so I don’t know how much, if any shrinkage there might be if you out them in the dryer.

I have worn these shorts alone without worrying about them being given too revealing, but I do wear them with panties. I have also worn them under running shorts when I wanted a little more coverage on my legs.

They did not add uncomfortable bulk under tbe running shorts. They do not roll up my legs, so they provide good coverage and thigh protection. The only thing I would change is to add a key or media pocket.

This feature seems to be lacking in Champion shorts as other shorts I have purchased from Champion also lack this feature. When I work out I like to have my tunes, and when I go for a run I like to have my fitness aps give me updates on distance, etc.

I do not want to strap a bulky phone to my arm. I just use a small iPad which fits into one of those key/media pockets perfectly. Lack of this feature is really the main reason I do not buy more shorts from Champion.

False advertising. The shorts in the picture were great but those aren’t the ones I’ve been sent. The waistband is significantly larger. The size is completely different. It’s not even the same pair of shorts.

It was great, however there is not a lot of support in them. They are not like regular bike shorts that fit really snug. The fit close to the body and are also very cool and comfortable. You will not sweat in these like you would in the really snug bicycle shorts.

When I first tried them on I thought that I wouldn’t like them. But after wearing them all day I changed my mind. I have most of the colors now. I haven’t washed and dried them yet. But I’m pretty sure they will do up fine.

I have other items from 32 Degrees made from the same material and they wash & dry great! Love them!.

Love everything they make. Have dresses, bras, flowy tanks in just about every color, coats and leggings. Theses are comfy and do not roll. I’m 5’1” and fluctuate between 152-157. I read reviews and went with a Large, but should have gotten a Medium.

I’m keeping them though. Will buy more in M. Make more colors please. A pocket would be nice too. Light support, as stated in description. That’s a plus for no muffin top. Some reviewers say they changed.

I don’t know what they were like, but I’m pleased with them, April 2022.

Overall not bad for the price. Found these on sale for under $5 and figured I couldn’t go wrong. I normally wear size small in Kirkland leggings (snug fit) so I figured order a small thinking it would fit the same.

Turns out these are on the bigger size and I will start ordering XS from now on. These still fit great, I just don’t have the hips and waist to hold them up. These started to creep down at first, but further into my workout, they held just fine.

I will purchase more but I will size down.

I’ve had these shorts in the past and also recently purchased the Bella Prima shorts which I’m very happy with. But these shorts seem to have an odd crease in the chamois that makes it ride in the crack of your bum – not very comfortable! Otherwise the chamois is fine as far as density and comfort on the bike but as soon as your butt is out of the saddle or you’re off the bike you feel this.

Had to return and sticking with Bella Prima. For those who say it runs small, keep in mind these are more of a compression short so they will feel tight; if you don’t like that feeling you might want to size up (likewise with Bella Prima).

The price on this was far better than any other company’s. I ordered it for my wife, but unfortunately got the wrong size, and the correct size was no longer available. Moosejaw made the return extremely easy and provided a refund promptly.

I have purchased from Moosejaw before and will again, because every experience has been exceptional.

I finally found a chamois that is still comfortable at 50 miles!!! I’ve given up on the big cycling brand that a lot of people use. Sadly, the chamois in the PI brand has become awful, cheap junk.

I don’t write many reviews but felt I must share my views on these shorts. I absolutely love them and already have two colours and have now ordered a third. I have just worn them to my physio appointment, and they would be perfect for the gym as well.

I am a size 8/10 on my bottom half with quite thin legs and the size medium is perfect for me. I did try the small but they were too tight. I highly recommend these shorts.

These are seriously the most comfortable and functional activewear biking shorts I’ve ever owned. I’m coming back for more. The material is super soft, supportive, without making you feel like a stuffed sausage.

It’s everything it’s advertised to be and more. I did size up based on the recommendations. It was a perfect fit.

Skechers Women’s GOWALK are very comfortable. The material gives me the control I want and yet is breathable. The length was just what I was looking for (just above the knee). I wore them outside today in 100 degree temperature under my weeding eating homemade jean chaps and they don’t hold the heat like my other pair I bought that had different material %.

I would definitely buy them again. Missed out on buying them at another store for 1/2 the price but not regretting paying the higher price.

Comfortable, nice snug fit for working out, yoga, hiking. I wear these under my dirt bike pants too. They are squat proof as advertised. You can’t see through them at all. I am sometimes between a medium and a large.

The medium fit great. Dog hair doesn’t stick to them!.

I love the thickness of your shorts. Yeah amount of spandex is perfect for holding you in and making you look and feel halfway slender while you’re working out trying to get that way. The only thing is they run larger than the print ones I purchased in the same size with the same amount of spandex (25%).

I would have gone down one size had I known.

I believe they’ll be durable and they’re very slimming. I look great in pics but for hot weather or longer, sweaty workouts, I grab other shorts. I’m short and wear size 14 or 16. I purchased XL and they fit great.

About 3 inches above my knee. Love the side pockets!! I can fit phones for 2, car keys, etc.

Great shorts, love the little deep pocket at the front which is big enough for your keys. One draw back is that the size runs large which I think contributes to them riding and moving around just a little.

I couldn’t order a smaller size, XS is as small as they come (and I am always an XS in UA gear). In saying that, I’m lucky I have muscular thighs and sweat a lot so once I start sweating I find the shorts stay put while running long distances, and they wick sweat REALLY well.

If your thighs are on the very small side, be aware that they might ride up for you.

I bought these to use as shorts in spin class. They are awesome! Fit is great and the material doesn’t make the odd squeaky noise some brands. They have a pretty big pocket to hold my keys and cards.

Not quite big enough for my phone though. They come down fall enough on my thighs that I don’t feel self conscious. Also, they don’t ride up.

I found the sizing a bit big. I got a medium but would now buy a small. They feel a little looser than I was expecting. I thought it was more of a compression. In saying that – they are very comfortable and most importantly haven’t chafed me! The legs ride up a little bit while running, unsure if the smaller size would fix that.

They also look GREAT! I would also wear them casually not just for exercise (massive bonus). I would buy again I would just try the smaller size next time.

i do not like shorts with wide-mouthed leg openings (skinnier legs equal church bell sounds when walking). i also don’t like shorts that go past the knee. these are both the perfect width and the perfect length.

i returned the TLD Skyline and got another pair of these (i have been wearing Skylines for years, but the new ones seemed to fit baggier and longer). These are also awesome for ruggedness and stain resistance.

After wearing grey shorts for 2 DH park days with some muddy spots, they washed up as if they were brand new. only downside is the cinching that happens at the closure when you have to tighten them more than neutral positioning (you can see that in the product pic).

Over the years I have tried a lot of different styles/brands in search of the perfect fit (Specialized, Giro, etc). While I was a bit hesitant to try Fox brand cycling shorts out as I always had the mindset that they were a more ‘dirt bike’ focused brand, I’ve got to say these shorts are probably my favorite out of the many high end shorts I’ve purchased! Some of my previous shorts were a bit too long and would actually grab my water bottles from time to time (actually lost one insulated Camelbak water bottle on a ride recently because of this.

) however these are just the right amount of length + wiggle room around the kneecap. What makes these extra awesome (IMHO) is the buckle system, a lot of other brands actually have belt loops and I’ve gotten into the habbit of wearing an old leather belt with those to dial in the perfect fit.

Not necessary with these as they have some sort of a ratchet system similar to a snowboard binding which helps keep things perfectly dialed in while reducing the need for a stiff belt. Only negative that I can think of would be that the material is a little ‘loud’ if you are just walking around before your ride, that’s really not too much of an issue and I’m nitpicking.

I would certainly highly recommend these bad boys + go with the matching woven shirt which is equally awesome if you want to do the whole thing.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the shorts. I love how soft and stretchy they are. I really appreciate the laser cut vent holes on the legs. The ratchet system on the waist surprisingly does the trick and doesn’t get in the way.

It’s a pretty neat system. The only knocks I have against them are they are a little over priced for what they are. For just a shell, with no chamois, I would expect them to be $20-$30 cheaper than they are.

I have a pair of Patagonia MTB shorts, with built in chamois that are fantastic, but also more expensive again. Buy these Fox shorts for summer months, that’s where they excell.

The shorts are low rise and run large in the waistband. They have size adjustment tabs built into the waistband that are terrific. I have not worn them on a ride so I cannot speak to the padding. The padding is removable which is a nice feature.

The length is perfect for short legs. The fabric is lightweight but sturdy. I am a size 10 and the L will fit using the adjustable tabs. Otherwise, I can pull them off without undoing the zipper. A M would be too tight across the bum for me.

These shorts are very well made and as many have reviewed, overall great shorts. My problem with them is that they are low rise and that wasn’t described in the information! I have rather straight hips and then my frame curves in just at my waist, So a low rise short (or pant) just slowly slides down my hips.

And if I use a belt or the waist cinch tabs I get a ‘muffin top’ roll of flesh that puffs above the low cut waist. Whose idea was this for a sport short? Yet, many reviews say this is perfect for them.

But if you are long waisted, or have a ‘last minute curve’ as I described but not a rounded hip/thigh area you may have the same problem that I have with these shorts. The overall size worked for me in my usual size.

The liners are very comfortable and legs stay put without a thick band even on leaner thighs. So much better than the competition in many ways. Shorts are tailored nicely and made for a woman’s body – again not something the competition seems to miss.

Love the higher band in the back- no binding in the legs and the shorts actually look great if you want to ditch the liners and wear them as a nice looking short on their own to go for a hike or grab a bite to eat.

I bought 2 pairs – I’ll buy more!.

Nice bike shorts overall. The high rise fits nicely and doesn’t fold down. The fabric is nice and smooth. The fabric is also soft and the seams do not irritate the skin. Love the convenient side pockets for my phone.

The length of the shorts is nice as they don’t ride up. The material provides a good amount of stretch. They are compressive and the size small fits slightly tight. My biggest disappoint though was how large and obnoxious the champion logo was along the side of one of the short’s legs.

I wasn’t expecting it to be that noticeable. There is also the logo on the back of the pants so I’m not sure why they felt the need to display their brand logo so much. There’s no way to remove it and it quite honestly takes away from an outfit.

I’ll be wearing this while lounging around the house, but not in public.

I received this amazing product. They are comfortable i look great in them. I worn them out I was able to carry my cell phone and money in a special place and I did not need to bring a pocketbook ! That is a great feature ! No worries stress.

These bike shorts are really well constructed. Material is thicker (less stretch than thinner materials but nice compression feeling and squat proof!). They definitely run true to size. They have adequate stretch for movement but are not excessively stretchy.

Due to this, you will want to order your usual size (I typically would size down in leggings & shorts of thinner material because I prefer a snug fit). I’m 5’9″ and the legs hit a bit above my knee. They have washed and dried well with no stretching/shrinking/fading.

The waist band and leg cuffs are comfortable. I’m really happy with these shorts and plan to order more!.

I tried these out on an indoor bike for about 15-20 minutes. These bike shorts are comfortable and stretchy. I am 5’-9”, medium build, 170 lbs and am wearing size Large. That said, there is no chamois, so your butt had better be in good shape or you may want to stick to indoor cycling or a cushy seat with these shorts.

They come up to the belly button or just below. They did not seem to roll up or down on either end while I was wearing them. The material, while comfy, is slick, so you may move around a bit, another reason to wear these indoors or perhaps wear an outer layer over them on a real bike.

There is a large pocket on each side. It is large and stretchy enough to hold your phone, provided it is a reasonable size. My phone stayed in the pocket while on the bike. There is no way to close the pocket (no zipper), so I’m not sure if I would trust it outside moving around a lot though.

These shorts are extremely soft. I was actually surprised when I first opened packaged and put them on how soft they felt. I got a size M since I wear usually size 8-12 in womens size but I know everyone company makes clothes differently.

I would say if you want your shorts to be just right, then get your true size. If not get a size larger. Personally I wouldve gotten a L now that I wore them. They dont rise up which is great, because a lot of companies state that and its not the case.

There is great tummy control which is a big plus. Overall I am super satisfied with them. I gave it a 4 star only due to it running a bit smaller than I would usually get.

I used my bike shorts for biking, walking, and stand-up paddle boarding. They have performed great for each. They are snug, but not too tight around the waist or leg opening. Very stretchy in all directions, so easy to move.

The wide waistband is comfortable with a good expandable fit. The fabric is medium weight – so thick enough to not be see through or too revealing, but thin enough for warm summer days. I’ve washed them a few times and they are holding up just fine.

Overall, these shorts are great. I’m very pleased with them.

I love these shorts so much. They are so soft and they have large pockets but the pockets aren’t uncomfortable at all or ‘bulgy’ but very functional. I am very petite at 4’9 and 109 pounds so I have a hard time finding leggings/shorts that won’t fall off my hips even getting the appropriate size but the fabric on these hugs your body just right so they stay where they belong and the fact that they are high rise makes it even better for tummy control so they are great to wear under dresses and skirts for me as well.

I have an iPhone 13 pro max and it fits on either side pockets and I can fit my car key in the pocket inside the seam when I go for a run in these as well! I will be buying more colors once they are available.

I purchased two pairs of these shorts in store in Black Soot and really liked them. So, I went online to order more. It appeared that they were out of the Black Soot in my size. I found a different short with the same name available in “camo” colors in my size.

I ordered a couple pair of those. They weren’t the same quality as the solid color ones. They’ll do, but I much preferred the Black ones over the Camo.

Soft and comfortable. They are a good length and don’t ride up. I noticed some reviews complaining about the thin material however I prefer this material. Even some of the very expensive brands have this same material.

The tag says for yoga or lounging and typically thinner material for those activities. I wear them for walking and working out.

Been wearing the same pair since Nov 2019. The front zipper just broke, for seemingly no reason, which is disappointing for a product this expensive. The shorts are otherwise still in good condition.

The overshort is a bit too stretchy and sometimes catches on the front of the seat. The pockets are excellent for during and after rides – the thigh pocket easily fits a large cell phone. Plus you have enough space for snacks, sunglasses, whatever you need to stash.

I am curvy in my hip and thighs, with a smaller waist. The chamois liner shorts fit really well, and the overshort fits well when I have the velcro tightened all the way. They don’t gap in the back.

I needed a comfortable mountain bike short for my “new” post-menopause body. These fit great and work like a charm. I use my more minimalistic tri shorts underneath. I’ve even taken to wearing them when I have some longer around-town errands, where I will be in the saddle long enough to want bike shorts, but also want the convince of pockets.

I haven’t gone on any super long rides (12 miles is the longest) with these shorts yet and those rides have been primarily on paved surfaces, but so far I love them! These are the first shorts with liners I have worn and wasn’t sure how I would like having two bottoms as I am used to just wearing just padded bike shorts or bibs.

I was skeptical with the chamois as it didn’t seem “beefy” enough to provide adequate cushioning, but I was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t been saddle sore or even uncomfortable on any rides and no chafing which I worried about from having two bottoms.

I normally wear a medium in bike shorts so I ordered a medium in these as well. I am 5’6″ and 140 lbs. The liner fits great and is true to size, the shorts seem sized a little big, but the velcro adjustment on the sides kept them snugly in place without the waistband digging in.

The material is soft and flexible yet rugged. I would highly recommend them.

I already own a pair of the Mischief short in grey and they are my favorite go-to. I accidentally broke a tooth in the plastic zipper but was able to repair it so I wanted a back up pair just in case and was happy to find that black was available.

I have owned and normally wear a size medium in these mountain bike shorts: Race Face, Pactimo, Maloja, Sugoi, Jett, Endura, Patagonia and Zoic, all with a chamois. My favorite is the TLD Mischief with the Maloja (MadulainM) coming in a close second.

The Mischief runs large and so I wear a size small, also with a chamois underneath. Ironically the TLD chamois I wear with these shorts is a size medium. I love that these shorts have little grippy spots on the inside back waist band to help keep the shorts from sliding down when riding.

I’ve had that problem with other shorts and find it rather annoying than I have to grab and hike up the back of my shorts because they slip down on my chamois liner. The front zipper leg pocket is big enough for me to carry my phone but it isn’t a huge one (Motorola X4) so if you have a much bigger phone, it probably won’t fit.

The only knock that I could possibly give these shorts is that it would be nice to have a metal zipper as opposed to the plastic for better wear but honestly, if I completely break it, I’m taking these shorts to my local alteration shop to be repaired! It may be possible that I could send them back to TLD for repair? Not sure if they have a program like Patagonia does and they repair anything you send them.

In the mean time, I’ve got a back up pair, very happy.

When I purchased these shorts (June 2022) the colors on the photos hadn’t been updated. I thought I was buying the golden color shorts and did not pay attention to the listed color “Solid Copper. ” The shorts that arrived were orange and it seems Jenson hasn’t updated the photo to match the new color.

I also like burnt orange so I wasn’t bothered and then put them on. I’m 5’8 145lbs and ordered a medium. The liners that came with the shorts say medium but I literally could not get them on. They are so tiny that I’m wondering if somehow a pair of youth liners got put in my shorts, but the shell of the short is a bit too big.

Even with the velcro adjusters tightened as much as possible the waist is still a little loose. As far as the shorts go they seem to be well made but the front zipper pockets are kind of awkward to actually use.

The thought that has gone into this design impressed me. Really nice quality fabric & zippers. Pockets located in good spots & easily hold my iphone & other items. Leg length is perfect too & pairs easily when wearing knee pads.

Liner is super comfy & padding is excellent. I’m a size 10 AUS & bought an M. Tried an S instore & it was a little snug, so I upsized when purchasing online. The M Liner fits perfectly, however the M shorts are little roomy.

I am able to adjust the waist fit though. So my comment would be that the sizing runs small, hence 4/5 starts (I wish there had been a size inbetween!). Overall, I am super happy I purchased these shorts.

I am a happy long time user of the Louis Garneau Women’s Sprint Tri 7 Inch Shorts which have a very low profile chamois. I was hoping to try another pair of LGs that offer a more substantial chamois for rides longer than 20-30 miles.

The Neo Power shorts weren’t it for me. The chamois felt rock hard and bulky between my legs and would surely cause chafing if worn on a ride. The front of the chamois didn’t feel specific to the female anatomy and didn’t provide any cradling or comfort.

The chamois does have nice channels for ventilation. I wouldn’t swear off Louis garneau shorts altogether but any with this specific chamois just don’t work for me, although we are all built differently! These ran slightly smaller/tighter than my Sprint shorts btw.

I purchased a medium in both. I’m 5’9 130 lbs small waist, big hips, slightly large/muscular thighs. I’m usually a medium in cycling shorts. These felt good around my waist but small in the legs/thighs compared to my sprints which have less compression.

Pros: True to size, and comfortable to wear. Gel padding is great for very long rides. Thigh grips aren’t so tight they tear your skin, but don’t get weird and loose, it’s just right, I was shocked they were so comfortable.

The waist didn’t roll down on the ride either or get uncomfortable. CONS: THEY ARE 100% SEE THROUGH. Do not wear these alone and if you do make certain you’re wearing black underwear. These are NOT bike shorts, they are liners you can wear under shorts even though I was convinced they were when I shopped.

The material is thinner than the liners I actually own. You can see EVERYTHING. So beware. Other than that I 10/10 love these since they are comfortable and that gel pad will let you ride 100 miles a day in comfort.

Pros: > Best chamois ever, when brand new > Love the compression, this combined with the chamois make these the best shorts I’ve ever tried > One of the only brands to offer women’s shorts in XXL > Really like the reflective detail at the bottom of the short’s legs > The little tiny pocket is great for chapstick or a gel Cons: > From my experience, the chamois delaminates internally (the glue seems to dissolve).

My workaround, when they’re brand new, is to throw in a few stiching tacks to prevent this from happening down the road (about 7-months of weekly use) > Unfortunately, the stitching, for me, also gives out at about the same time as the glue (about 7-months of weekly use); however, all you need to do is connect with their customer service to get a warranty replacement if it’s been less than a year and this happens – Fantastic customer service! > Garneau’s XXL is truly more like an XL, at least in this particular short.

Still, it’s the best larger short I’ve tried yet. > Wish the bib on this short were like the Men’s Garneau Neo Power Motion Bib. Women don’t need / want the bib to cinch in at the chest. All this does is make it visible at the top of your jersey.

Not flattering or necessary. A regular bib would make this great short even better.

I bought a cute Nike top and grabbed these to match. I have a full bottom half (butt, thighs and legs) and these fit like a glove. Comfy, Cute and can be dressed down for running errands or cutesy up for the backyard BBQ’s.

Just Do It and buy them already!!.

I was so glad I didn’t have to send them back! The size was perfect! They look super cute with the tee! I’m excited to wear them. I’m 5’9 and the length of the shorts is good. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Really comfortable and a perfect length for those not wanting to show too much thigh! Currently using as my gym shorts in the sweltering heat and they seem to do the job quite nicely.

Love the fit of these shorts, just like the pants. The size chart is spot on with what you get (so take the time to measure and understand it’s better to have clothes that fit rather than complain the sizes don’t match other brands alpha sizing).

Only thing that drops these from 5 stars is they are JUST. SO. LONG. I don’t have long upper legs and I’m just not a fan of shorts hitting knees or lower for riding. I knew they would be longer than my other brand shorts since it’s in the measurements, but still have to note it.

I can shorten them so I was fine ordering them anyway and they are worth it for sure. The material is great, feels heavy duty like the pants (those made it through a pedal strike unscathed!) but not heavy.

Nice stretch and so comfortable during the ride. I’d still definitely buy another pair!.

Great short. Love the colourways. They feel like a durable short that I hope will last a long time. They’re not breathable though. I hope the new version will have breathable holes to make up for the thick material.

Also the back pocket/zip to the back pocket needs to be slightly larger to fit a standard mobile phone. My phone is a small version and I can just get it in, but I feel the zip restricts it too much and will eventually fail due to this.

They’re a good length (could be an inch shorter in my opinion) and true to size which is hard with women’s mtb shorts. I’m a size 6 and the XS fits me well. I will buy again when they’re next on sale as the sale price is great for what they are.

Very happy with this purchase; very comfy; good stretch and fit; fabric feels very durable; great colour; good length for sun cover; sits nice and high on the waist so no risk of low rider action; and copes pretty well with the environment I ride in (incredibly hot temperatures).

I would have like a pocket on the thigh so it’s easier to carry a mobile, but you can definitely carry one in the zipper leg pocket. I’m a fan of the zippered pocket as I have lost things out of my Shredly open pockets.

Some reviews reference these as Danskin but Walmart now has them marked as Athletic Works. It’s worth noting to me that the quality of the garments labeled Athletic Works is lesser than when they were selling Danskin, so if these are meant to be “the same,” they are not.

The bike shorts fit pretty true to size, maybe even a smidge larger, but the material is rather poor quality in feel and performance. They feel more like a rough tee shirt than smooth yoga-pant-like material, nothing like I expected from athletic shorts, and the fabric has really awful recovery.

In an hour of wearing them, they are saggy and stretched out and not snug again until they’ve been washed and dried. The rise and the inseam were perfect so that got them 3 stars but I wouldn’t buy these ones again.

Ok but not what i expected. I was trying to replace the Danskin dri- more shorts i got before from walmart. Those were great, but these were all i could find now. These have big seams down the back of the legs and through the crotch, which might be uncomfortable when biking.

They do not have a little pocket in the waistband for your key when you’re working out. They might be all right, but I wasn’t so sure and apparently I ordered the wrong size.

These are now one of my new favorite shorts to wear! I ordered this two pack of the athletic shorts in the black color after purchasing one pair and absolutely loved them. They are so comfy and soft.

I had been looking for an inexpensive pair of athletic shorts and my mom had told me about the Athletic Works brand on Walmart’s website. You can either purchase one pair for $9. 96 or get the two pack for $15.

96. The only thing about the two pack is you get the same color for both. In my case, I wasn’t worried cause I like having multiple shorts in the same color. As for sizing, they are close to being true to size.

I usually wear a medium and that’s the size I purchased. They don’t seem to shrink much either. I’ve noticed they loosen up a little after being worn for long periods of time. I’ve had them for almost a month and have washed them frequently.

They seem to be holding up well. I have purchased a couple other items made by Athletic Works and love them all. I recommend these shorts if you are looking for something inexpensive but good quality.

Ok. so I LOVE these bike shorts!! I’m 5’3 and 160 lbs and have finally found bike shorts that fit my momma body. The compression and ultra high rise holds my tummy in place and the material is so creamy soft, but still has some hold on the legs.

The leg length works well on my short legs and the pocket is just the right size for my iPhone or small wallet. Best part – the legs don’t ride up! These will be a summer staple for walks, bike rides, work outs and just even wearing around the house.

The fabric is so soft, not see through, but still snug and supportive. The high waist did not roll down, not even once! Will definitely shop the other colors & highly recommend you purchase.

Just received these, only took 2 days from order date! I’m 5’2″ 122 lbs. and short waisted. I would not normally purchase “ultra” high waist cloths but 7″ inseam bike shorts WITH pockets are hard to find so I thought I’d try these.

So glad I did! Just enough compression to keep everything in place (I’m 66! and exercise daily), just enough stretch for ease of movement and a wonderful soft fabric that’s breathable. I normally like about a 4″ waistband and these have 5.

5″ but since the waist is not constricting (I still holds things smoothly in place) I can opt to fold it down a little or leave it as is. Both are comfortable. I’ll buy more of these or even better, see if they have the 7″ in a non “ultra” waist width for us short gals! Thanks Dick’s!.

I love everything about these! First I love the variety of color options available, I went with the multicolor floral for my first pair but I will definitely be getting more! I love how soft the material is and the perfect amount of stretch but the control of the high waist as well.

I went with my normal size and they fit perfectly! I also love the pockets on both sizes of the thigh- great addition! I also like that they aren’t as short as some other brands I’d bike shorts I have.

They are about mid thigh for me and they do not ride up. I definitely will be getting more!.

These shorts are snug and supportive. I’ve only ridden a few times so far while wearing them, so I don’t have long-term experience with them. The side pockets are an interesting idea, but probably not useful for more than a gel pack or energy bar.

One weird thing I’ve noticed is that when riding uphill, the shorts rubbing against my saddle (a Terry Fly Gel saddle, leather surface) make a squeaking sound, like when cleaning a window. None of my other shorts do that.

It must have something to do with the fabric they’re made of. I tend to wear holes in shorts on the inside of the thigh where my legs rub against the side of the saddle. I hope these shorts last a while before that happens.

The fabric is great because it is polyester not nylon. The fabric in my nylon Lycra shorts deteriorates after a couple of years. From what I have read the polyester should be more resistant to this. The other great thing is the chamois.

If you want to relieve pressure on an area, you don’t put the thickest padding there since that just increases the pressure. This chamois is actually thinner where I get sore and that makes a lot of difference.

I have 5 different pairs of shorts and these are by far the most comfortable. Thanks REI. I do find they run smaller than other brands as my others are smalls and I need a medium in these. I plan to get some 3/4 length and some long ones.

For MTB I went without liners for a while, but after having used them for a few seasons I wont ride without them. These are good entry level liners. If your rides as under 2 hours, in my experience these are great.

I only MTB and don’t road bike so I dont have any feedback on that. I have an older version that didn’t have the side pockets. I think they are a nice addition, though since I wear MTB pants with plenty of pockets I don’t have a use for them.

Yes, after or before the ride, it is a bit awkward wearing them. You do feel like you are wearing a diaper, but nobody can tell so there is no need to be insecure about it. I have a few pairs and wash them after every ride and they have held up very well.

These are amazing. I have short, stumpy legs lol and bike shorts always squeeze my thighs in a way that is very unflattering. These shorts don’t have a bottom hem, so they don’t do that! They lay nice and smooth and are so comfortable.

They ride up occasionally because they don’t have the hem, but it doesn’t happen enough to be bothersome. The material is soft and flattering; they’re kind of second-skin thin, but somehow they aren’t see-through.

I love them so much that after I found one pair in store, I went online and had to order more. And I paid for these twice because the first order did not show up so I had to reorder. That is how much I love them.

[Still hoping to get my money back for the missing order, but we’ll see :(] For sizing, I got a large and they fit perfectly. I’m 5’2″ and about 150lbs with most of my weight in by butt and hips. These look tiny when you first see them, but they stretch and mold to the body perfectly.

The 7″ length is great for shorter people as bike shorts usually run down to the top of my knees and look ridiculous; these cut at just the right spot between my knees and the top of my thigh.

These bike shorts really came to my rescue when I was scrambling to find spandex one day before my first field hockey game of the season, and found these instead. I tried the 8 inch ones too, and although they are great if you struggle with chafing, they are so long on me that it just doesn’t look very good because I am short.

The 4 inch ones (these ones) are so much better with the length on me. I will say that when you are running around as much as I do in my games (can be about 5 miles per game), the bottoms tend to ride up a little and I occasionally will need to pull them down.

The top also tends to roll down a bit too, but both of these problems aren’t super annoying. These bike shorts offer some compression but not to the point where you feel like you cannot take a deep breath in (my old spandex were like this and were terrible) and the material is very comfortable.

I bought three pairs of these because they work well for me and look pretty good.

I bought three pairs of these this fall and had to re-order more after wearing them nearly every day. They are the perfect work-out short and super comfortable for casual use. I’ve worn these for cycling classes, weight lifting, and during summer runs without any issues.

The material is super soft and comfortable and isn’t see-through. They’ve held up well through rough activity and weekly washes. The pockets are great as well. They fit my phone perfectly and have kept it secure even during runs.

The only complaint I have is that they occasionally roll down slightly. It hasn’t been a huge issue but some sort of band on the top might help. Despite this, I would highly recommend these shorts, especially considering how affordable they are.
