20 Best Bike Shoes For Peloton (2023 Updated)

This is my second pair in a different color that I have tried. Sent the first pair back because they didn’t feel good. Tried of brands of cycling shoes and went back to these in the white. They look great in person and are well made.

Much lighter than the Peloton shoes and breath more. Installing clips is easy but the ridges on the toes makes adjustments a little weird. Order a half size smaller and they will fit like a glove which is good.

Still breaking them in but so far pretty good. Keeping these!.

I usually do not write reviews, but I hope someone finds this helpful. I recently purchased these shoes online just in time before my Peloton Bike+ arrived. The shoes looked great out of the box, and I was excited to try these.

Unfortunately I was quickly disappointed because the shoes did not come with the 3-hole mounting brackets which are essential for the cleats. After reading reviews, I’m glad I returned these shoes. I hope other people don’t experience the same issue.

I am new to spinning and cycling with SPD cleats, so I don’t have a point of reference with other shoes. The nice parts: they are lightweight, breathable, and very adjustable for a tight fight. When you’re spinning inside and sweating buckets, your feet stay cool.

The things I’d fix: a stiffer, more rigid insole to provide more support when really pushing hard or standing out of the saddle. I’ve heard other brands bend much less from front to back of foot. Sizing is small even by Nike standards.

I am a 10 in other brands, 10. 5 in other Nike running shoes, 11 in these. Price is a bit high for an entry level cycling shoe.

These shoes are pretty but for the price I expect more consistency and better customer service. After reading reviews I was super confused about whether to size up or down. I’m typically a 9. 5/ 10, and usually always 10 or higher in tennis shoes so I went with a 10.

Dry fit was great. Walking around the house wonderful. However after one class these loosened up and now I can’t even do mat exercises in them because my foot in slipping out. It has been 2 days but unfortunately I can’t return because of their no cleat installation rule.

Considering it took installing the cleat and riding to realize how quickly they stretch out, that’s a pretty unfair rule. Disappointed is an understatement.

First and foremost, you MUST size up 1 full size from whatever size Nike sneaker (or your usual size sneaker). I wear a 9. 5 in almost all shoes and Nike sneakers w/ the exception of some Nike gusseted tongue sneakers I wear a 10.

I have ordered 2 pairs of these both in size 10. 5 and they fit perfect. Definitely could not have fit in a 10 (some reviews say they only sized up 1/2 size). I have been cycling for years and I own many pairs of road bike cycling shoes.

I use these only for indoor cycling, one to teach class and another for my Peloton (note: does not come wirh cleats & need to purchase SPD cleats for spin/cycle and Delta for Peloton). These shoes are very comfortable and very breathable.

I like to wear them moreso then many of the high end cycling shoes I wear for riding outdoors because their so easy to put on, clip in, breathable, light weight and fun looking! I also had ankle & foot surgeries and these feel amazing and don’t bother me like some of my other road shoes.

Love them! Highly recommend. Also recommend a good cleat like Shimano as well of your using them heavily. Bought thr pink & neon yellow/green.

This is a long review but read it if you have questions about WHAT SIZE TO ORDER. These are great shoes. They look great and after 4 month of almost daily use they seem to be really holding up-even with my clumsiness at clipping into the pedal.

That said, my ONLY problem with them is that they absolutely RUN SMALL. I had read that in other reviews but I just chalked it up to some people just being unsure about their actual size or being more picky than I am.

Well, I was wrong…it is true. They run small. I usually wear a size 9. 5. Pretty unwaveringly. I can force a cute shoe to work for me if I just really like them and the only available size is a 10 but…9.

5 is pretty solid as my size. When these shoes arrived in a 9. 5 they were REALLY tight. …. not a little bit…A LOT. I exchanged them for a half size up -as other reviewers had advised. When the size 10 arrived they fit ok….

JUST OK. I kind of regret not getting a 10. 5. I didn’t feel like going through the return process again so I kept them. I had hoped they would somehow stretch a little. They do not stretch out. I have been steadily using these as my spin shoe – they haven’t given me blisters or anything but every time I put them on I regret not going up a full size.

They are just tight in the toes. Your foot can slide a little bit when cycling so I try as much as possible to be conscious to kind of press my foot back toward the heel because if I don’t my toes will get slightly numb after a while.

Again, not miserable and certainly usable but I was new to cycling when I got these and didn’t really know what to expect from this kind of shoe. Knowing what I know now I would have made the extra effort to exchange them a third time for the full size larger.

I hope this helps someone who is questioning sizing for this shoe. It is a great looking and functioning shoe but you REALLY need to feel the true size for your foot before you commit to them.

First and foremost, extremely quick shipping! I placed my order two days ago and already have my shoes. With that said, I cannot comment on the comfort level of this shoe while riding or the durability.

HOWEVER, I wanted to give a sizing update because I am so very thankful that I read reviews in advance (they saved me the hassle of a return/exchange process) and heeded prior buyers’ advice. I am a generally a 7.

5 in most shoes including running/sneakers. This held true with older Nikes. Somewhere within the last five or so years, Nike sneakers have started running small. My present Nikes are a size 8. I ordered an 8.

5 in these shoes and they fit perfectly. BOTTOMLINE: you need to add a half size to your current size in Nike sneakers or a FULL size to your normal size. I will add the caveat that my feet are on the wider side and that I am a “7.

5″ that would fall closer to an 8 than a 7. In the event the opposite holds true, maybe you can get away with only a half size increase.

Order the wrong size and had to return. Had the opportunity to experience using the shoe tightening system. It was a bit complicated and not a very friendly to use. Thus, not likely to buy that same model.

Great price for a great entry level shoe. I’m new to the whole road biking world and didn’t need anything more than something that fits and worked with my look pedals. So far so good!

Oh my goodness. I have casually done indoor spin classes for the past few years but always rented shoes as I couldn’t justify buying them when I could just rent for free. Recently I decided I wanted my own shoes and was dead set on getting TIEMs but then decided I wanted something with a little more structure and with a BOA dial since my current studio’s shoes have them and I have found them useful.

I ordered the purple in these shoes and y’all. when I opened the box and saw the color, I was in LOVE. I used them for the first time today and was so pleasantly surprised at how comfy they were. I normally wear a 7.

5-8 (even up to 8. 5 in running shoes). Per the size chart, I ordered a 40, and it fits perfectly! I was actually worried it would be too small when I first put them on with my athletic socks (Balega), which are thicker than regular ones.

Was totally fine during class! Also, I’m used to using delta clips, but these require SPD clips. For some reason, I found them way easier to clip out of the bike with than the delta clips, so that’s also a huge win in my book.

Super happy with my purchase and can’t wait to continue using them!.

My husband and I have been road cycling for roughly 10 years. During that time I have owned 6 pairs of cycling shoes and had just accepted that all cycling shoes are uncomfortable. I saw these in a Backcountry ad and thought I’d give them a go as the price tag was reasonable and I hoped the Boa dial would provide customized adjustment.

They arrived quickly and when I slipped them on I was amazed by how comfy they were and that the Boa dial let me easily adjust them to just the right snugness. Honestly, when we are cycling I am not even aware that I am wearing them.

Another nice feature is their airiness which keeps my feet from sweating and they dry out quickly when we get caught in the rain. I am so in love with these shoes I just ordered a second pair so I will have these for years to come.

Altogether I tried three different indoor bike shoes. However, this shoe won hands down w/a great fit and a good-looking shoe to use w/BOWFLEX C6 INDOOR BIKE! I wear an 8. 5 shoe but needed a 7. 5 in this shoe.

Light shoe, footbed feels great, recessed cleat channels & full rubber soles, dial laces make for EASY AND QUICK ON & OFF! Will only work w/SPD cleats (not included).

Love these cycle shoes. The flash of red in the design goes perfectly with my red bike. They are well ventilated for the summer months and in these winter months, I use overshoes which keeps my feet warm and dry.

The tightening mechanism is really quick and easy to use. I nice touch. Very comfy, would recommend.

Really disappointed with these Shimano shoes. Bought these for my spin bike and to replace other Shimano shoes that fitted one foot well and not quite the other so thought I’d try these indoor cycling shoes instead of new road shoes.

I really wanted the IC5 but sadly they only come in SPD, not SPD-SL. The IC1 are light but offer practically no support. The insoles are incredibly poor quality. They’re very thin, flat, flimsy and with no arch support.

The closing system consists of a wide strap that leaves the top part of the foot quite loose. I prefer BOA dials by far. The shoes design resembles diving shoes, they have elastic around the ankle that can dig into the skin.

I’m also experiencing hotspots in several places that I didn’t have with my other road shoes. I sized up meaning that they’re quite large in one foot just so I wouldn’t experience pressure on my big toe in my other foot.

I needed to try them with cleats in for a proper fit assessment so sadly I can’t return them. I’ve swapped out the insoles for my other smaller Shimanos as those are firmer and support the arch a lot better.

I’m also trying different sock thicknesses to help with hotspots. All in all, I don’t find this model suitable for indoor cycling. It’s a real shame that other indoor cycling shoes don’t come with a 5 bolt system allowing both SPD and SPD-SL cleats.

The shoes are excellent value for money. Well made and snug fitting. They are not extremely adjustable but are good enough for all indoor cycling (Sprint, RPM, Spin). They fasten using a piece of fabric across your foot and I can see this wearing out over time.

I’ve been using them for a month (4 to 6 classes a week) and the straps are holding up so far so I think they will last a year at least. The shoe is like a tight sock so if you have very broad feet they would be uncomfortable.

Delivery was extremely fast (ordered one day and received the next) so I am very happy.

I was irked when I gave in a bought a peloton only to discover that my cleats and beloved bike shoes were not compatible. I bought these because I can use both delta and spd cleats. They are super comfortable + easy to slip on and off.

I have borderline wide feet. I usually wear a women’s size 7. 5 or 8 for regular shoes and an 8. 5 for running shoes. I bought these in a size 9 (40) and they fit like a dream.

Have had these for about 2 months using both inside and outside and I have no complaints. The velcro straps work well and keep my foot secure. I’m a size 9 in pretty much all other shoes, and the size 9 in these cycling shoes fits very well.

If you’re going to using with thin cycling socks, you could consider going a half size down, but not necessary. Fits pretty well true to size.

I bought these when upgrading my hybrid bike’s pedals to the Shimano SPD SL system. This is my first foray into proper road shoes and I couldn’t believe how incredibly light these shoes are after using MTB shoes (without cleats) but they also feel very sturdy.

The three velcro straps provide a great fit around the foot. I am usually a UK size 9 shoe so went up to the EU 44 (UK 9. 5) and they are pretty snug – I probably could have got away with the EU 45 but I’m not in any discomfort when riding or walking.

There is also plenty of ventilation through the shoe which I noticed as soon as I started riding in them. I look forward to many more miles in my Shimano RC1s!.

I have been riding this shoe for about 3 months now, and it performs really well. I use it both on MTB and gravel rides. It has good stiffness and it feels like I am getting good power transfer to the pedal.

The tread is aggressive enough on muddy trails, but the compound also sticks if you walk onto a tile floor at a bakery stop. The break-in period was relatively pain-free, however, I forced crumpled paper into the shoe to stretch it a bit after the first ride.

I have slightly wider foot in the toe-box area, and had to take a few shorter rides early on. On my first ride over 60 km, I got hot foot toward the end, but not entirely surprising (your results may vary).

The shoe cleans up pretty well. I don’t baby any of my gear, so it has a few scuffs and bruises, but about what you would expect. I hate writing reviews, but my wife asked me last night how I liked them and I said “I really like them.

So much I should probably write a review”. You might not like them. I like chocolate ice cream, but I have heard there are psychopaths who do not.

After a lot of research I went for the XC7 over alternatives as reviews suggested they are true to size, not too narrow (i’m looking at you Fizik), and high quality features (double boa works well). After wearing them in the transition between summer and autumn I can say that all these points are true for me and, while not cheap, offer excellent value for money.

I have lots of stopping and starting in traffic and didn’t want the hassle of one-sided pedals, so I use these on my road bike with SPD pedals, doing approx 250km per week and they’re great. Definitely worth the investment.

Only additional points worth considering are 1) they offer good breathability (plus), however this opens your feet up to a chill (minus). 2) they don’t come with cleats in the box. Not sure if this is standard to have to buy cleats separately, but considering you need them to ride, I feel they should be included.

I’m best described as an advanced mtb rider. I’ve worn only Shimano mountain shoes over the years and this shoe is by far the best fitting shoe I’ve owned. It seems that the design snugs your foot with the best heel cup than any other shoe I own.

The BOA cinch system allows for the better feel as well, a very good design. I also own the older ME3 and MT701, and while the ME3 is still super durable and going strong, the sole flexes more, and while the MT701 is also well built, its sole flexes much more, but easier to walk in.

All around for a more efficient pedal stroke the XC501 is a great purchase, nice and stiff, for less hike a bike situations sure, but with an outstanding fit and a total winner. Love these shoes. I’ve worn the same size shoe all these years and Shimano has remained consistent in terms of shoe size fit as well.

I tried these on at my local REI store and was torn between these and a lace-up pair. I also wanted a shoe that I could walk in with some ease. What sold me on these was that I found I could adjust the straps to fit my feet better than with the lace-up(I still would like to get a lace-up pair with flat bottoms)(my foot is a smidge wider than the other).

I also found I could walk with ease(ok a little clunky, but not bad) in these. I tried them on a short 10-mile ride in city traffic and they felt good. They don’t look fancy, they look like your basic bike shoe.

I did add reflective tape to the back of the heels just to be seen better in the dark. My main use will be commuting and long road rides(under 50 miles). I wear a size 11 and I think my feet are tad wide, the size 47 fits well.

Again, I think the straps help with adjusting the fit a bit.

A good basic shoe, no complaints. I use Shimano SPD M8120 pedals and they snap in and out fine, as I would expect. I’m usually a size 43 EU but these are 42 and fit perfect, while the 43 I tried on was noticeably larger than I’d like.

It does not have a traditional tongue but overlapping sides which does not cause issues. However, where what be the tongue contacts the inside of crease of my ankles, I do feel the contact. It doesn’t hurt or abrade after a moderate ride but, a longer tongue that rolls over would feel a bit better.

The shoes are new and they may break in. The sole is fine for traction and walking.

I was in desperate need of a new pair of MTB shoes, as my old Mavic’s bit the dust on a ride and the entire sole on one shoe just came off. I was prepared to spend upwards of $200 on a new pair, but I needed them fast for an up-coming ride.

I wanted a BOA fit, or latching system like my old shoes. I went into my local REI, and the selection was not as good as it is online, but I could not wait. I tried on a few more expensive pairs, but they didn’t fit well, then I decided to try on these Shimano’s.

The fit was quite nice, it was stiff where it needed to be, and flexible as well, as I often do a bit of hike-a-bike. It being REI, I decided to get them and if I didn’t like them I’d just bring them back.

After 4 rides in these shoes I am 100% happy with them. This totally proves you don’t have to spend a fortune to get a good quality shoe. No fancy lacing system, just some good velcro which holds tightly, and they don’t come lose.

They clean up well after they get all muddy. I’m super happy with these, and I saved over $100.

The product came quickly to Israel by airmail (12 days). The shoe is strong, flexible and very comfortable for the leg. With Shimano MTB shoes I always buy one size bigger (my leg is EU 45 and I buy EU 46).

I do not like the Shimano shoe laces and prefer regular laces that you can tighten with a regular lace tie. Overall the show is very good.

I ordered the Shimano Bike in size 37. They fit perfectly and they are very comfortable while riding or walking. I bought them for riding around town and for touring. I wanted a shoe that I can wear all day and that I can bike/hike in.

Fit well, comfy, pedal good, can walk well in them and they look great. What more could you ask for in a somewhat casual bike shoe. Solid shimano construction and design.

I wear an 11. 5US shoe, and bought the 47EU size (approx. 11. 8US). I have average width feet, and my index toes are longer than my big toes. When wearing low ankle, thin running socks, the fit feels really good.

The index toes do not feel crunched. I also purposely do not wear thick socks with this shoe, as my feet become slightly fatter when riding vigorously. I have never had shoes with a BOA closure, but learning how to use it was quick and easy (gently pull out to unlock, push in and turn clockwise to tighten).

I also purposely bought this shoe as the tread pattern is designed to work with the Shimano M series SPD (I got the M9100 model). For noobs, another important secret to feeling good in these shoes is after you “clip-in” to your SPD, pull the pedal back for a few cycles.

The action of clipping in can jam your toes towards the front of the shoe, and initiallly pedaling by pulling back for a few cycles will take the pressure off. I love, love, love the full pull and push cycle in these shoes.

Allows me to ride in higher gears, especially up hills. I am usually on a 58lb Yuba Supermarché cargo bike with 40lbs of groceries or my 15lb dog in the box. For hills, I need all the help I can get.

I’ve worn Shimano bike shoes for years because they fit narrow feet but these didn’t work at all. To attempt a snug fit, I had to crank the BOA down but that created too much pressure on top of upper foot without adequately snugging my mid foot.

The shoe opening is pretty high so the front/opening/tongue seems to press against front of ankle so potential for hotspot and/or abrasion – No substantial front lugs on outsole so could be an issue if you have steep hike-a-bikes – Michelin outsole not as grippy as Vibram found on other higher-end shoes – The velcro strap on forefoot is worthless A single BOA closure for the whole front foot doesn’t work for me so I returned these and upgraded to the SH-XC7 with a double BOA.

Note: Shimano sizing is strange – I’m a 9. 5 but wear a 44 in their shoes.

I selected this particular shoe because it is called “Wide”, and I selected the size to match my 10-year-old Shimano mountain bike shoe (which were not even marketed as a Wide shoe). However, there is nothing whatsoever WIDE about this shoe other than the name.

Great looking shoe, unfortunately I had to return them as the fit didn’t suit my narrow foot. Very similar to rx8 that I own but not as stiff.

I like it. Fits well and i got the wide shoes. I love the boa system. Shoes are in very good quality.

Fantastic shoe, just needs Lots of trial and error to dial in the fit Not as good as the previous model 901 IMO which i purchased here and tried this model out through Mantel. My 2nd phalange joint, 2 toe, rubs on the stiffer material, where a front Velcro strap would be but the shape now gives more support so your toes aren’t flapping upwards.

Not a problem i have with SIdi, Fizik or spezialized but a result of the flat Dynalast. An already snug fit in the mid sole width of 901 is now tighter, and the heel is super grippy but i think that would be a gewöhnheits thing.

Mantel’s guide is a good start for fitting size. they tend to give about 3or 4 mm extra as what you need so the shimano tend to be a a half size shorter than specialized, or FZIK so a 47 in spezialized would be 47.

5 in S-Phyre. I take SIdi 48 (2010 model)and these S-phyres have more room in size 48 in toe box. i can fit a 47 in Specialized or R1 FIzik (JUST) Dynalast: Jeez are they flat!!! what that means however is a better peddling action getting over top dead center.

however the bigtoe does tend to work more, and be prepared for a lot of trial and error with the Insole, which with the 2 height inserts are significantly better than FIZIK or Spezialized. I ended up adding a little to the toe are of the Insole to give a little bit more curve, punched holes for breathing, and fashioned a proper metatarsal button, and used specialized Vagus wedges ( Orange) to increase the supination.

As I said they are the flattest but the power transer is really very good. be also prepared for calf pains ( went away) and hotspots till you get a decent button fitted. They are a bit ‘Road Buzzy’ but moving the cleats back and forth did help and sanding the Insole underneath my right Big toe (like with Solestar)reduced the Buzz a tad more that i was feeling there.

Great shoe, but give time for dialing in, hense 4 stars. Hope that helps you in your decision making!.

I was never fortunate enough to experience the previous model of the S-Phyre’s so I can’t comment on the differences between the two. However, having spent time and money on a couple of other cheaper models, inc.

the Shimano RC5’s whilst trying to find a decent pair of shoes, I have no qualms about stating that you get what you pay for here. Before purchasing these, I used and still do use, a pair of Giro Empire lace ups, which are very comfortable.

But, I wanted something to use on the road and regularly on the turbo, and not have to spend time doing up and undoing the laces, plus have something that I can tweak whilst on the bike should the pressure build up or the shoe feel loose.

I guess I have ‘normal width’ feet as these feel ok to me, e. g. my feet don’t feel squashed at the sides (for info, my feet are approx. 10cm edge to edge at their widest and 27. 5 – 28cm length). I’m normally a size 9 (eu43) in a trainer or normal shoe, and ordered a size eu44 for this road shoe.

It fits just fine, with enough wriggle room. The fact that it has two BOA dials that can be tightened or loosened without having to start from scratch, allows for that fine tuning once you’ve been riding for 20 mins or so and your feet begin to react with the heat/cold/pressure etc.

Unlike the RC5, they’re easy to get on and off. They come with an additional arch support for those with a deeper arch, and also a bag to keep them as they should be. I didn’t get on with the RC5’s. As a few others stated in reviews, the single top BOA dial didn’t allow for that tuning, and I got pressure points across the top of my foot.

The S-Phyre’s also have the option for replaceable heels, the RC5’s were moulded as one. Would I normally spend £300+ on a pair of road shoes? No. Did I feel like I needed to, to get what I wanted? Yes.

Do I have any complaints about doing so with these? Nope. Would recommend.

I’ve wider than average feet and these fit really well – I ordered a couple of pairs from Sigma to try get the right size. I found they matched up pretty perfect with my normal size but I am just between UK sizes which makes buying cycle shoes online a nightmare but chats with Sigma online guides me away from Some shoes and recommended others.

These shoes are amazing – dual BOAS make adjustments easy although I found initially I’d tighten the front one too much at times causing a bit of pins and needles as my feet warmed up! But the reverse adjustment without undoing the boas makes this easy.

Temperature wise – warm weather riding no issues with good ventilation a ride in 11 deg recently I found my feet getting a little cold but not uncomfortable – will be interesting to see how they fair in winter? The grippy fabric in the heal makes good contact with the sock and helps with any heal lift when walking.

The colour (blue) is amazing! The only gripe I have is the burrito style wrap over upper, I’ve either huge feet or it’s not quite wide enough so when tightened I’ve a small gap just below the upper boa – I’m actually going to get a small piece of neoprene to try cover this in colder days! Walking in these is fine – very stiff sole though so be aware if you’re a Walker/pusher/runner.

A really comfortable shoe with great off track grip

All three colors look amazing but that Chromaflair really stands out! What it comes down to is the fit and performance though and the Surge Pro nails it. You won’t find another shoe like this on the market!.

These shoes are super stiff. Coming from heavy glass reinforced nylon shoes I didn’t know what to expect, but the lightness and stiffness is amazing (I can’t afford the vapours, but I’d think they’d be next level).

I normally wear carbon insoles in my shoes due to over pronation, but the arch support in these has made them redundant. There is no pronation possible with the arch in these as the arch is built into the ‘tub’ sole and holds your foot securely.

It took a few goes heat molding to get them comfortable (arches mainly because of my munted feet), but now they’re perfect. The service from Pushys is second to none. Highly recommend.

I have very wide feet, suffered from pain in my left foot and it turns out, after visiting a podiatrist, I need wider shoes than normal. Bont, Lake and Sidi all pop up with being good for this and stock is abysmal everywhere apart from Bont so I thought hey, they seem cool.

lots of people love them and I’ve seen videos saying they’re comfy even without custom moulding them at home. But I needed to mould the further. Not only was I super careful in the heating procedure but I started a lower/safer heat and I seem to have melted or broken the BOA which I read in reviews is already low quality.

NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HEAT THESE IT VOIDS WARRANTY/CANNOT RETURN. Probably a great shoe if you don’t have wide feet/need to use the moulding feature. Most beautifully tragic/quick waste of money I’ve ever experienced.

My first foray into carbon shoes. Very pleased with these, were comfortable out of the box so not baked them! I went half a size larger than the website suggested but may have just about been OK with what the size it stated.

Wasn’t miles out like other reviews online suggested. Wearing my own insoles though. Can definitely more power compared to my old DHB 3 strap shoes. Comfortable to walk in too and soles are replaceable which is great.

Highly recommend these!.

For the record, I am currently writing this review with Freeriders on my L foot, and these Shimanos on my R foot. I’ve ridden multiple times with both now, and think I have enough to give an honest review.

Sizing: I wear a size US12 and have these in a EU47 (US11. 8 is what it says on the tongue label). I have zero issues with this size fwiw. Overall Score: 9. 5/10 Pros: Awesome looks, stiff soles, option for cleats, elastic “lace-tucker thing” on tongue, easy to clean material, very durable, well-made laces, very comfortable on hikeabikes, grippy rubber soles for flat pedals Cons: With the durability and stiffness, comes added weight.

They are slightly more heavier than my Freeriders. Also, my feet are a bit on the wide side, and these are *slightly* more narrow than my Freeriders. Still very comfortable, but I wish they were a bit wider in the arch-bed.

Compare these side by side with other mtn bike shoes, and these are noticeably wider (which is good for me). Only removing 0. 5 points for the weight and width, but still I like these better than my Freeriders.

I have a wide foot and these are the only flat pedal MTB shoe that is actually shaped like a ?real?human foot. The toe box on these is wider than basically any other MTB flat pedal shoe on the market, believe me I tried them all on.

Even Specialized highly praised 2FO roost. I wear a size 10 US in Chuck Taylors and got these in a size 45EU which is around a size 11 US. If you have a normal foot the sizing is probably dead on for you.

These aren?t the stiffest shoe, but they aren?t soft by any means. The soles on mine are finally falling apart after two years of riding. The grip is great though no problems there. The shoes work great with my Kona Wah pedals and my Shimano XT wide pedals.

They are definitely worth the coin I just wish there was more shoe options for wide footed riders.
