I was concerned to fit my Toyota Sienna 2006 unto my roof rail. As soon as I received it I’ve started assembling it. I have only one curiosity if I they can attached a safety anti theft wire to lock it.
I found the price affordable and I suggest to get warranty just in case.
The Rage bikestand is quite strong, simple to assemble, and very inexpensive. I would give it 5 stars except for two issues. First, the clamp which holds the bike’s angle tube is not capable to clamping anything but a round tube.
Modern carbon and aluminum frames are often elongated in shap and far too wide for the clamp to fit over them. This isn’t a big issue as long as the lower bracket clamp is secure. However, the lower bracket clamp is a bit clunky, hard to attach, and when very tight, can obstruct free movement of rear brake and rear derailleur cables which run under the bottom bracket on some inexpensive bikes.
Overall a strong, bargain stand, just by no means a universal bike stand.
