Great idea, and with some modifications, it would be great in practice. The middle bar and the ease of collapse are a major problem both in comfort and practicality. I’ve tied rope to keep the middle bar as low as possible and without that it essentially makes it impossible to sleep over the middle.

The cot would be for two people sleeping in parralel only otherwise. This just fits in my tent so the notion of adjusting it when it partially collapses is annoying at minimum, again, strapping the middle bar to the feet fixes this.

Noise is the other issue and someone wrote a review using moleskin to fix that issue. Coleman should consider providing moleskin-like stickers that we could use for the noise spots and straps to lock in the middle bar.

Easy and cheapish solutions that would move this from 3 stars to 5. And perhaps some consideration to changing the design so that the middle bar is truly flat because even tying it down, it still isn’t flat.

Then again, sliding towards the middle is a common complaint as air mattresses deflate through the night so maybe this was designed with purpose but it’s overcompensating to the point of preventing ever being in the middle.

Anyone complaining about leaky mattresses needs to understand how ever present that problem is across all inflatable mattresses. If it came with leaks, exchange it. If you put a hole it in, patch it or replace it.

Hard to blame the manufacturer unless the products are arriving with holes. Inflatables are fragile ya’ll. And inflating before bed is almost always required as the material stretches and air expands or shrinks from temperature changes.

Coleman, send me 3 nylon webbing straps with buckles to keep the middle bar down and a small roll of fabric-faced tape for the noise and consider adding this to your product.

We bought this cot to have more space in our new Coleman blackout tent. Being off the ground and the ability to store stuff underneath is amazing!! The reviews were iffy but figured we would be fine.

The mattress deflated all three nights during our first trip. We kept filling it up a few hours before bed. We have a toddler so we couldn’t use the pump right before laying down. The pump that came with the system wasn’t powerful enough to make the mattress firm anyways.

There’s a note on that mattress about air mattresses STRETCHing but there was no way the same amount of air was in the mattress from the night before. We bought a plug-in air pump for our second trip.

It seemed to help initially. The mattress was firm at the beginning of the night but deflated every night. Finally on night 4, we decided to just use the cot. The cot is great. We can store items underneath and there’s better air flow without the mattress in it.

Although it was still loud when moving in bed. We backpack camped before our kid came along. We don’t have expensive gear so spending a couple extra bucks on this luxury was a big deal to us. We will continue to use the cot since it’s perfectly fine and better than an air mattress.

My knocks on the cot are that it’s loud when moving around, the frame doesn’t lock and the bar down the middle of the bed (hit a head or back on that) Those items may not be an issue with a functional air mattress.

After reading the good reviews online I thought I would give this bed a shot. I thought it would be great because we are still waiting for our furniture to be shipped over her and it will be great for camping trips and any friends that came and visited us.

After the first night, I couldn’t even sleep on it anymore, I slept on the carpet instead. The next day we asked our friend if we could borrow his Intex air mattress and it was much better and available for a cheaper price.

This bed doesn’t seem to inflate enough and when you put it on the cot it is really noisy and uncomfortable with two people moving around on it. Anytime anyone moves it wakes the other person up. Also the cot is heavier than expected.

Separately the air mattress and the cot are okay, but together it definitely is not comfortable. On top of that I’m having trouble exchanging the item, so I’m stuck with something that is heavy, takes up space, and isn’t comfortable.

Background: I went to Cabela’s a long time ago and saw this tent and decided I wanted it for Christmas and I got it. My parents spent about three hundred dollars, so I can’t say it was worth every penny since it wasn’t my money, but I would spend three hundred dollars on it if I had to.

It takes anywhere from 2mins to 40secs to set up and it is not difficult to put away. The tent is very comfortable, it keeps you off the ground and it doesn’t even need a sleep pad. You can run it with a blanket, poncho liner, or even a sleeping bag.

The tent is also very light for it’s size and girth. The rain cover keeps the rain out, the poles are practically unbreakable, and the fabric can withstand high winds, even hail. Story: I decided to write this well deserved post be just 10mins ago after coming back from the worst campout ever.

I was up in northern Missouri and saying it was windy had to have been an understatement. It was like 40mph and sunny. Until it decided to go to around 60mph and raining and hailing. Everyone’s tents got ripped out of the ground and sent airborne, poles shattered, and fabric ripped.

Everyone his in cars. The trucks and trailer got stuck in mud up to the floor and then it got stuck in the gravel, everyone was wet, muddy, and miserable. All of this happened while I was doing one thing.

Sleeping in my tent. All of the tents were destroyed, probably a thousand dollars worth of damages overall. And this tent cot survived through it, (even though I was scared it was gonna finally break, it didn’t), kept me warm, and wasn’t even scratched.

The tent was hit hard and shaken but is still standing. Which is incredible considering how old it is and how many campouts it’s been on. Best tent ever. Problems with it: It hasn’t been an issue yet, but I would like a way to steak it to the ground, (just in case).

The tent when it’s packed is kind of bulky. Overall is recommended for your run of the mill camping.

Two years now. Short and sweet. Live in Arizona, use in Arizona. Low humidity here right? It sweats. Older fellow, 70’s, not for the weak, it is heavy and awkward. It is to low for me. I roll out on the groung to get up.

Check the size of your trunk. If it is raining stay in bed, or get dressed on your back. You still need a bulky bag to sleep in. Now the good. The zippers work, and you can take your dog to bed with you.

Call it “special needs equipment “. Just get a tent. Grumpy old man.

Excellent to erect and sturdy. Easy to get in and out of. Waterproof. The bed base is hard and we now use a small self inflating mattress which makes a significant difference. We transport it on roof racks and the bag flaps around and it needs a strap to keep it quiet.

Overall it is expensive but well worth it with the above mods.

Husband ordered this for us worst sleep on a cot I’ve ever had. We used without an air mattress on top. Same as our children on their other brand and style cots (theirs were perfect and half the cost).

This one was the loudest, like imagine the squeakiest bedspring you’ve ever owned and times that by 10, I couldn’t barely move without making the loudest most annoying sound that never ended due to the extreme discomfort of the raised lump I had to sleep on due to my husband laying on other side and weighing a little more than me.

There was about 6 inches or more height difference on his side compared to mine. Lastly what a pain it is to set up and take down compared to our kids cots. Hundred bucks down the drain cause there is no way I’m sleeping on that again.

Not when the floor of the tent provided more comfort. There is one pro to this list of cons: husband liked that after folding it up it still fit inside the bag.

Zoro just informed me that the 2 person cot on the Wal-Mart site is the wrong item. It’s not a 2 person but an extra wide. Which is not what I ordered. I ordered this item twice! The first one I sent back for a refund.

The second one was delivered to the wrong house! My entire camping trip is ruined because of Wal-Mart and it’s false advertisements. $185. 00 later and now they tell me I have to wait 7-10 days before I get my refund.

Very sturdy, but the bar in the middle is far from comfortable. We bought a cheap 7inch air mattress to put on top, and it was definitely helpful. With the air mattress, we slept great. Underneath storage is very convenient and saves tent space.

There’s also a mesh pocket at the head of the cot that came in handy for cell phone and glasses. 4 stars simply because of the bar in the middle and the fact that it’s fairly heavy.

So, I’ve used air mattresses for years now and have plenty of pumps from manual to automatic, but none of those would work on this camping mat. I have NO idea what kind of needle is needed for this, but I do know, it is none of the ones that I have.

Luckily for us, this mat doesn’t require much air and my husband has strong lungs. After he blew it up with his MOUTH (do I need to mention how frustrating this was?), the mat was great. We used it for my son so he could sleep in our bedroom on hardwood floors while we remodeled.

He was comfortable every single night and I loved that I was easy to just pop in the corner during the day, unlike a big old air mattress. Would be great for camping as well, but I’m glad we were not out in the wilderness when we figured out the pump wasn’t going to cut it cuz things would have gotten ugly fast.

First off, this mat does NOT come with a pump so make sure you have one handy. The bottom is puncture resistant with a 2-ply laminate bottom so you are okay with using on normal ground cover. I would not recommend putting it on a bunch of rocks though and at least do a hand sweep of the area to remove anything you immediately see that might pose a problem such as pinecones, sticks, etc.

This is a small cot size measuring 26. 5″ x 72. 5 in and inflates to a height of 6. 75″. It is basically an air mattress so if you do not like an air mattress feel then this is not right for you. The bottom is easy to clean because of the laminate and it rolls to a pretty small size so it is easy to transport in a backpack.

It is definitely well made and can be used in a variety of locations and applications.

Mattress so far is great. We’ve used it a few times. It’s comfortable, spacious, and seemingly durable. Great for car camping. It’s a bit big and heavy for backpacking. but perfect when weight isn’t a major concern.

It’s rolls up pretty well so it doesn’t take up much space either. overall quite pleased with it. A little thick to use in the back of my hatchback. But that’s also not it’s intended purpose. It should although be sold without the pump as it is total garbage.

First time we used it. didn’t work. This is odd I thought so I decided to troubleshoot. After examination I noticed the plastic ridges inside the lid are thicker than the tip of the (+) side of the D battery.

So the battery couldn’t make contact. Okay. So I cut those out with a putty knife and the back of a hatchet. Viola! It worked. took a while to inflate. , but worked. The next time it was used it worked but again, took longer to inflate.

The following time, wouldn’t start up. Okay. maybe batteries were dead. Changed. I flipped the switch. Nothing. Set it down, left on and then after about a minute it started making noise and worked, but hardly.

From then on it would turn on but would slowly ramp up to measly volume, sounded like it was struggling, and took about 30 minutes to inflate the air mattress. I couldn’t deal so I found a Coleman one source air pump which was not cheap but has a long life rechargeable battery, fills the bed up less than two minutes, and supposedly does that about 20 times before needing a recharged battery.

Make sure you test the pump before relying on it for a restful night. Which you likely will get as long as you get the thing inflated.

My wife and I have backpacked all over the place over the years and have used numerous thermorests and sleeping pads. We purchased this originally to get my mom out in a tent up in Denali national parkas it fits perfectly in our three person tent.

I finally got a chance to sleep on it over the past couple of weeks. It takes camping to a whole new level. No back pain or waking up every time you roll over. It has a built in pillow even if you don’t want to bring one.

It does take about 5 min to fill up with the pump and I wouldn’t do it by hands unless you absolutely had to. But when weight isn’t an issue, (rafting, canoeing, front country camping, atving, or even bike camping while pulling a trailer, I would bring this.

Makes so much of a difference. Pretty compact to as it can roll up smaller than a normal sleeping pad. Most of the weight comes from the pump. I might even backpack it and split the pad and the pump with your partner.

Would only be about 2 lbs a piece that way. Highly recommend it.

Good, I like the built in pillow and it packs down small enough. Things I don’t like are it’s a little small for two, love hate the nylon makes it durable but you slide all over the place maybe rubberized dots spaced a foot or so apart and the pump that come with it takes 4 d batteries heavy and need to carry extra, make it a rechargeable one, I went head and bought an aftermarket rechargeable pump.

I had the the Kelty Easy Queen air bed for eight years. I loved the size of that one, I would still be using it if the glue/weld between the plastic of the air valve mechanism and the nylon material separated.

Side note to the Air Queen it did come with a rechargeable pump which died in year 7 not a problem other than good luck finding a replacement as the air valve had to be some kind of proprietary lock and seal design to Kelty.

If you’re having trouble figuring out how to deflate this, I’m confused how you even figured out pants, or like, starting a vehicle, or making coffee. There’s one side that let’s air in, and another that let’s air out.

The dude who wrote a book detailing how to do this, only made it seem so much more confusing than it is. Anywayyyyys. The pad is literally a STEAL at the $112 price it’s currently advertised at. This thing is crazy comfortable.

I’ve been camping on many different pads for many years and nothing comes even close to the comfort of this thing. After self inflating give it two to four mouth pumps, and you’ll be good to go. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the stitching on the bag it comes in is weak.

Even though I deflated well and it fit in the bag again, the stitching ripped. I have a lot of safety pins keeping it together but probably just gonna start storing it in a pillow case now. Great pad.

Not that complicated to use. Please don’t let the low iq reviews deter you from purchasing this pad.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to buy this camp bed. However, I’m really glad I did! It’s cushy yet supportive. I’m a side sleeper with achy hips, and I approve of this camp bed.

I do recommend getting used to the inflate/deflate valve at home rather than at camp late at night. There are no instructions so you have to figure it out on your own. Also, I found that the bed struggles to inflate properly if the bed positioned upside-down.

To inflate, turn valve sideways. When done or almost done, turn valve to inflate position. This allows you to blow more air in if needed and stops any air from escaping. To deflate, set the valve to the deflate position and start rolling/pressing the air out.

Just like with any other sleeping pad. It might take a couple of roll-up a to get all the air out, but it’s not hard or complicated.

Colorado River trip outfitter didn’t supply cots, and I prefer one rather than a sleeping mat, so I did some research and chose this Helinox Lite. Reading/watching reviews, I saw many tips (assemble on its side), as well as some bad reviews discussing that it wasn’t good for women/those without brute arm strength.

Once the cot came in I put it together and took it apart a few times and now it takes me, 5’4 128 lb woman with average arm strength, about 60 seconds to set up, 90 seconds to pack away. YMMV, just what worked best for me: 1.

Keep the white rubber bands on the legs–just let them dangle on the center support. This will help keep the legs from going willy-nilly when trying to roll-up/repack. 2. Assemble both rods and slide into sides of cot, guiding tip toward the inside of the cot to avoid rod poking through leg holes.

3. Do NOT try to assemble on its side. Instead, lay the cots w/rods installed flat on the ground, bottom of cot up (doesn’t really matter–I like a routine so I consistently used the trademarked side as the side I’d lay on, so that side would go down against the ground).

4. Assemble all 4 legs. The center support rods are not round. The ends assemble easily if you remember that. 5. Attach 2 center supports first, 2 ends last. 6. Now the hard-to-explain part: * Kneel on the cot with your knees just behind the leg openings you’re assembling * Slide/press your knees out, against the rods, which stabilizes the entire cot * Place (if right-handed) the right side of the leg against the rod, with the rod’s black ring (only found on the 2 center openings) seated into the leg notch * While holding the leg with your right hand, place your left hand flat ABOVE the leg opening, holding the left rod against the ground with your palm, and use it to stabilize the left side * Grasp the right leg by placing your forearm over on the other side of the support rod (away from you), grabbing the bottom of the leg just above the release hook * Keeping your knees taut against the cot sides/rods below the opening, and your left hand bracing the cot rod above the opening, pull your right hand to the right, as if you’re elbowing the guy standing over you telling you how to do it better in the ribs, and press the leg down onto the rod.

POP! Should go right on. 7. Move on to the next center support before moving on to the ends, using the same technique 8. Use the same technique to disassemble, but pulling up on one side rather than pushing down.

Once you understand the pressure that you need to exert on the leg to pull it to the side of the rod, you do NOT need to yank the leg up, potentially smacking yourself in the face. 9. Disassemble the legs and use the white rubber bands to loosely hold the legs against the support rods.

You don’t need to double them up or anything. 10. Slide out and disassemble the side rods. 11. Fold cot in half, place rods/legs at edge of folded end, roll up, stuff in bag, and you’re ready to roll! I hope this helps someone.

Honestly, after doing it a couple of times, it goes very quickly and easily. We (women) often figure out how to manage difficult tasks by using leverage rather than brute strength, and this is no different.

I set up the cot when I first received it. It went together well and felt comfortable, so I packed it up until I needed it. The first night I actually used the cot, I found one of the silver side frames (comprised of 4 shock-corded hollow poles) had a broken shock cord.

I checked the other one, and found that, although the 4 frame pieces were still corded together, the shock cord was literally hanging by a thread on both ends. It appears the flimsy shock cord used by Helinox was cut by the edges of the hollow aluminum tubes comprising the side frames when those tubes were folded up for storage.

The shock cord must obviously be much more durable to hold up to regular folding and unfolding of the side frames pieces. I have used shock-corded poles on tents for years, with repeated set up and break down, and never had a shock cord break.

I filed a warranty claim pursuant to the Helinox 5-year warranty. I will update this review if and when I receive a response from Helinox. I am concerned that if Helinox just sends me identical replacement shock-corded side frames that they won’t last for more than one or two breakdowns either.

Much more durable shock cord will be necessary to make this product useful long term. As is, one star is too generous. This is a serious defect in a $360 product! Beware expensive cots with remarkably cheap shock cords.

I’ll admit it: I’m not as young as I once was. But oddly, I find myself camping more now, and I’m less comfortable in the great outdoors at night. I camp with Scouts at least monthly and often more with family or friends.

I bought a nice, big cot for car camping, and sleep got a whole lot better. I even figured out how to put two compact cots together to use under the REI Kingdom double bed for me and my wife. So, based on these experiences, and a $200 gift card from my scout unit, I bought this cot on sale for nothing out-of-pocket, knowing the return policy of REI.

I’m glad I did. I used it for 4 nights in the 100-mile Wilderness on the Great Circle Trail, where the campsites are pretty rugged. While my tent mates were put out by roots and rocks, I was not. I used a pad on top slid into a Big Agnes bag’s sleeve.

I did quite well with it. Pros: crazy light for a cot. It doesn’t weigh much different than a luxury pad and requires only minimal padding for insulation and some softness. It’s pretty compact too, again, for a cot.

Cons: it’s minimally sized. It’s narrow and not particularly long. You may find yourself in contact with the side rails. It’s low to the ground making it harder to get yourself on and off. It’s very stiff to assemble as there are no special leverage clamps to use.

Overall, for the use I intend, it will be a welcome addition to my pack. While not an ultralight accessory, it is an ultralight luxury worth the extra few ounces for me. I’ve got strong hands and can press my weight against the legs to assemble it and sleep in a way to avoid the rails.

The pros outweigh the cons.

My Roomate 3wks ago. Went to do Mechanic work on a 🚗 for a store owner & we got 1🆓 queen size brand new in box. I 💘 it But a small hole open on top around 1of the sewed circles on mattress. Very dangerous.

It discinflated while asleep. U wake on top of metal spokes and flat plastic mattress. Thank God we didn’t pay any 💵 now stored in 🚪till we can try to patch up. It ws good while it lasted. 😂 yeah but awakening to the legs metal spokes is not safe.

The inflatable bed arrivals earlier than predicted. As per the instructions and online video, the bed inflated perfectly. My daughter and I tried it for a few moments and it seemed fine. The real test will be when my son comes to visit next month.

I carefully measured the bed and it was an not a full 80 inches in length. We deflated the air mattress and secured it neatly in its built in casing. I didn’t think it advisable to keep the pressure of it being inflated while I waited for my son’s visit in a couple of weeks.

We deflated the bed and packed it away. So far it seems fine.

I absolutely love this bed. I own a proadapt tempurpedic extra firm quenn bed that has been slept in mayb 14 nites. Im a disabled senior and on a fixed income and could not afford to replace my bed. Ive been sleepin on my sofa for 3 years with tremendous pain daily.

I jus bought a quenn e z bed and im thrilled to say that for the last two nights i have slept well and woke up PAIN FREE. Tell anyone and everyone about this product its exactly what it says it is. I look forward to keep this review updated should i need to.

The pro is that when the cot is new, it is without question the most comfortable bed you could sleep on, rivaling real beds!!! Depending on use, it could last a really long time. The negative is that unless the metal springs have been improved, after awhile they can catch on your skin or clothing when getting in and out of bed.

I have heavily used this cot for 2 years during the serious illness of a family member. The springs finally gave out, and I’m replacing the cot with a different design. The second issue is portability.

It’s not meant for camping trips where you are hiking to your destination. Even transporting it in and out of hospitals has been a bit challenging!!! But if you want an extremely comfortable cot for light use, you will be pleased.

I ordered on a Tuesday and received it 12 noon on Wednesday! I got the deluxe which cost a little bit more than a shorter version on Amazon. It’s a good length I’m 5’7” and I have extra space. If you’re used to sleeping on a firmer mattress this will be comfortable.

I like more of a medium softer mattress and I still slept fine. You can add a body pillow to soften it up a little. I put a fitted sheet on the foam cushion which keeps it in place. Easy to set up and easy to take down in a pinch it’s great I’m using it while waiting on getting a new bed! I recommend it and I recommend getting it from Walmart the delivery was perfect and fast and they followed the directions perfectly great experience!.

We purchased a pair of cots for Scouting camp outs. The frame is sturdy and the pad is comfortable. I like how the pad can be stowed away in the frame. I recommend this to all my scouting families that are disappointed in air mattress or are looking for something more comfortable.

Like other reviewers I can confirm the canvas is very delicate. One of the cots experienced a tear which I was able to patch together with some duct tape and squeezes 3 additional weekends before it finally tore completely.

I am disappointed that no replacement is offered since the frame and pad are still in excellent condition and having to toss the frame feels wasteful.

I love this mattress pad! I bought this for my camping trip in Zion National Park, it was extremely helpful since I stayed there for 4 nights. I’ve had one of those traditional air mattresses before and it just can’t compare to this QT QOMOTOP mattress pad.

The comfort is like sleeping in your own normal bed. It’s so easy to set up too, you just unroll it and untwist the valves and let it inflate itself. If it doesn’t inflate to the firmness that you like, you can also use the very handy sleeve carrier that the mattress pad comes in, it also serves as a pump for the mattress pad.

I only had to let it inflate one time during my time there, whereas air mattresses tent to leak air every time you use it therefor making it so you have to pump it every time. To roll the mattress back up again, open the valves and flip the valve to deflate.

You will then need to use some muscle and help the mattress pad release the air. Easies way for me was to get on top of the mattress and push the air out. Then fold it in half hot dog style yes it will still be very puffy and you will wonder if it will really roll back up.

Start rolling the mattress pad starting from the opposing side of the valves so as you roll you push the air out. When you roll to the end most of the air should be out by now. Then you can use the straps to strap it back together and put away in the carrying case.

Overall of everything I brought to my camping trip this was my favorite. I had a great night sleep every night and was refreshed every morning. The only thing is that this is definitely not backpacking friendly since it is heavy.

Not super heavy but too heavy to traverse with. Still it is 100% worth the money and I will forever recommend this to everyone unless they are backpacking.

I haven’t been camping in a few years, and I decided to give cots a try. It was so miserable that I sold them the second I got back and flipped to the other end of the spectrum with the purchase of a 300 Exped 15 mat from REI.

The Exped is nice for sure, but you know that feeling when you splurge on something and the first time you try it all your buyers remorse fades away? I didn’t have that feeling. Considering that it retails for the same price as a full on twin memory foam mattress I just wasn’t overly wow’d.

Before returning it I bought this mat so that I could compare what 300 and 100 felt like side-by-side. I placed them together and rolled from one to the other trying every position I could think of that I might sleep in.

Then my wife did the same, and my four-year-old rolled around on them to just for good measure. They were not only highly comparable, but my wife actually preferred this mat to the Exped pad even though it’s about an inch and a half to 2 inches thinner.

Only time will tell how long it holds up, but from what Ive seen so far I would recommend this pad without hesitation. One pro for the Exped over this mattress is that it has two separate and distinct inflate and deflate valves that would probably be more durable than the flip valve in this mat.

However, even if the flip valve breaks you still have the cover itself that will keep it closed and the mattress usable. And on the other hand the method of manual inflation on this pad is better. Exped gives you a small separate hand pump, but I found that using the carrying bag inflator on this mat took a lot less time and effort.

Overall very satisfied.

Ive been camping alot since quarantine and decided to get myself nicely equipped with fine camping gear. Im not a fan of inflatable beds simply because:1 you need some form of air blower like eletric or pump or blow it up yourself2 they make alot of noise in the night especially considering I toss and turn alot3 they tend to deflate after a night of usage4 not strong or comfortableThis product on the other hand.

you dont have to rely on an electric pump. Considering most camp sites dont have electrically units, you simply use the bag to inflate the bed and it works so well!! Literally like 3 times and its nicely inflated already.

The bed seems to have thick layers of foam or some form of padding that makes it even more comfortable but its super soft and supportive. The material feels very stury and reliable. It doesnt make alot of noise in the middle of the night also.

When youre deflating, all you have to do is turn the valve the other way and slowly roll the bed up and its done. Super easy and fast I love it. I bought the smaller one and I slept with no issues but Im going to return it soon for the bigger one.

The smaller one I measured and thought it would be bigger but it felt like a twin for me so I couldnt shuffle around as much as I do at night. The bed is also a good distance from the ground too so thats nice.

Highly recommend this bed, I was skeptical at first since its still a pretty new product but Im glad I got on it. All of my family and friends were highly impressed with it and kept asking about it and Ive redirected them here.

Was really looking forward to getting this since it was on sale. I am avid outdoorsman and camp a lot. Wanted this in case I was out fishing and decide to just stay all night. I can say the cot is pretty sturdy and decent but everything else is subpar.

The fabric for the tent is thin and like brittle nylon. The seems are as well subpar. Not sure how water will stay out or the mesh windows since it has no fly with it. The tie downs on the tent that attach to the cot are so short I couldn’t tie without getting them in a knot every time.

All in all I would not purchase again if I knew who it was made.

Very high quality substantial cot. There were far more nice parts/components than I anticipated. The directions were difficult, like ‘assemble as picture’ when the picture just showed parts lying unassembled!, but sorted it out OK finally.

Nice quality all components. And I LOVE Wayfair.

This is just what it purports to be. Very smart design – they fit a lot into it. Fairly rain resistant too. Only thing you need to remember is that this is heavy. You aren’t going to backpack with it.

But tossing it in the car and camping somewhere – yup, off the ground, on a mattress, free from rain.

These cots are easy to pop up and take down. They are sturdy and comfortable, without being too big for carrying. They come in convenient carrying bags with shoulder straps. We use a bedroll on top for homestyle comfort.

Very impressed with how easy to set up and put down, sturdy, and how big! Even my 6 foot husband would have a comfortable amount of space on it. We haven’t used it yet but can see it being a great guest bed too.

Ordered this air bed recently, and have been really pleased with it. I have bought air beds in the past but they haven’t lasted long at all, unlike this one. I really like that it’s higher off the ground and the biggest plus is that you don’t wake on the floor in the morning because the beds deflated overnight! Definitely makes for a comfortable nights sleep!.

Really disappointed with this air bed – the side that’s recommended to place on ground is so thin – not robust at all. Developed a leak just after trying out for size at home a few days after purchase last week – no idea how it would survive a camping trip ! The repair patch is inadequate – followed instructions & as useful as a piece of clingfilm and hasn’t repaired what is a minuscule leak.

You can get similar air beds I have now discovered elsewhere for £10! A very overpriced poor quality item.

This mattress is easy to inflate and pack away. It is comfortable but seemed to lose a tiny bit of air overnight. We will see how it goes but it was a great price.

We set up the tent initially to check everything out. Took my husband and I just under 30 minutes to set up the cot and tent. The air mattress took another 15 minutes because we had to blow it up. The foot pump it came with is not adequate to pump up the air mattress as others have commented.

We used the air compress. Will be using a portable battery powered blower to inflate and deflate this mattress when we use it for camping next month. This also includes 2 thin sleeping bags, 2 blowup pillows and pillow cases to go with it, and then a mattress cover.

For all that we get with it, this was a really good buy. We both laid in the tent on the cot and were comfortable. Together we weight about 280 pounds and the cot was plenty able to work. My husband is 5′ 8″” tall and the length of the cot was good with about 4-5 inches to spare.

Our guess would be that someone over 6′ tall might have a tighter fit. We like the flap on one end of the tent so you can more easily pump up the air mattress. It was a bit of a challenge to pull the end bars in place.

My husband used his legs to hold the cot in place when he pulled on the end bars, made it much easier to get it tightly in place. Instructions were poor and took a little longer to find the correct holes and directions.

We are good at assembling products so we winged it and figured it out. If you are not good with assembling, you might struggle. The assembly is each time you put it up and down, that is a down side. You can use the tent without the cot or the cot without the tent.

Looking forward to using it next month. With this Covid-19 this will keep us from staying in hotels.

Overall I really like this tent as it is off the ground. Some things I think could make it better. The instructions are useless. It is done by pictures that are blurry and small. There is an online video, however, when youre camping and there is no signal the video is useless.

It fits two adults snuggly. The length is not really that long so if someone is over 5ft 6in they may not be able to stretch their legs. Other than that I really like it being up off the ground which made it easy to get in and out.

The air mattress covers the entire bottom so there is no walking around, changing, etc. I really like how it includes everything needed!.

The 1-way valve works great (you don’t have to rush to close a valve after removing a nozzle). The thing stayed inflated for 4 nights (a win). For $30, it’s almost worth just having a spare on hand for the inevitable time when a seam fails.

It is smaller than a standard queen; that is stated in the product description. It is also not that thick. That may be up to user preference. 1) our double sleeping bag isn’t that wide to begin with.

2) the smaller width forces us to be closer to the edges which give the whole bed more stability. 3) a smaller footprint in the tent gave usable room on the sides. 4) This is thick enough to keep you off the ground.

My daughter is a lil over 200lbs, as of the moment we are using 2 of these, so its double high off the floor as her bed. She’s 16 and autistic and doesnt want to sleep in her bed so these are up agaisnt my bed.

I have went through several ones before these because I didnt have air pump and these needed one. All others lost air and were just garbage. These have been amazing, hold air nicely. I think I topped off air after 2 weeks of constant use.

and I have several cats that jump on it with their claws and no issues. I’m tempted to buy a few more just incase to have at this amazing price. Definitely recommend.

OK, I should have paid attention to the full dimensions, not just looked at the height, but I assumed that the manufacturer would have known bed dimensions, and a queen bed would be a queen (80×60). Taking a full sized mattress (75×54) and adding about an inch in size does not make it a queen.

This will be returned to the store since we got it to replace the air mattress in our sofa bed. We need an actual queen sized mattress.

We have been camping for many years and have tried a whole range of different bed Soloutions. Until now, we’ve relied on expensive and space hungry fishing beds that can not be made into a double and still are not with out fault.

These beds though are a complete game changer – We have these bases and a good quality (10cm thick self inflating mattress) and I can honestly say that it is like sleeping on a regular good quality bed at home.

The bed is inflated to a pressure of 6 PSI and so doesn’t go down like a regular inflatables and this has made camping for longer than a few days a much less daunting prospect and I really can not praise this simple but innovative design enough.

It’s exceptionally Easy put up and take down, the base folds away to a lovely compact size without the usual inflatable fight. There are also some genius touches like the ability to join the bases together to create double/triple/etc beds.

The straps that keep the mattresses in place is also a revelation. Such a simple and effective idea, how has this not been invented before.

Very good bed, keeps you off the cold floor and supports you like a normal bed. We joined two together to make a double, along with latex pillows and a double cheap SIM from somewhere else and we slept like a log.

There is a weight limit and it made me wonder, if two ended up on one side of the bed, would it break. not tempted the risk of rolling too far. PSI can’t be measured unless I’m missing the point, as it’s a one way valve.

But I did use a standard air bed inflator and then buy an adapter for my car tyre pump to finish off the rest of the firmness. Didn’t need to re-inflate for 5 days, would have lasted longer I’m sure, had we not gone home.

Deep double sheet fitted well, as did a heated blanket, run off a battery pack, so all in all, this has been amazing. As a side sleeper my hips are now no longer sore from the floor.

I can’t recommend these beds anymore. They’re amazing. We have an old pump for our Quechua inflatable tent and believe a replacement would be quicker for inflation but once firm, the beds stayed up perfectly.

We stayed four nights and one campsite and needed no re-inflation. We paired them with the SIMs – when all joined together, we used a double fitted sheet which fitted well. We also took our feather pillows and duvet.

All in all, it was like sleeping in a proper bed. A must for any campers with space in their vehicle as they do take up a bit of space. The extra height off the ground also kept us warmer. Worth every penny!.

The air bed arrived very quickly. It is well made using good quality materials and is very comfortable. When not in use it folds down to an easily manageable size so is very easy to store. I would most definitely recommend this product.

Comfortable, soft and easy care and wear. Good value too. Perfect, I have bought a few of these because I like them so much.

Good quality. A bit smelly when first unpack it so I recommend to leave it out for a few days before first use. I inflated it and left it in upright position for 4 days so the plastic smell slowly disappeared.

My son used it as a bouncy “castle” for about 5 times and it withstood the abuse. I highly recommend it to use as a guests bed as the surface on one side is coated with some non slip material, similar to velour.
