THE MULTIPLAYER BROUGHT A LOT OF INNOVATION TO COD NEEDED FOR A LONG TIME BUT ALSO BROUGHT SOME QUESTIONABLE CHANGES LIKE IN THE MINI MAPS AND THE MAP LAYOUT THEMSELVES. BUT OVERALL, I STILL ENJOYED EVEN WITH FLAW IN BOTH THE CAMPAIGN AND MUTIPLAYER IT MADE ME WANT TO BE COD FAN AGAIN.

AFTER FEELING CALL OF DUTY WAS JUST COPYING OTHER GAMES LIKE TITANFALL AND OVERWATH AND EVEN A LITTLE BIT BATTLEFIELD WITH GHOST. BUT THIS FELT MORE FELT LIKE BACK TO FORM COD WITH INNOVATION TO PUSH FORWARD.

SO, FOR ANY COD FAN LIKE MYSELF THAT LEFT THE FRANCHICE I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A GREAT START POINT TO JUMP BACK IN.

IšverstiShow in original languageNote: I’m writing this review from the perspective of someone with passing familiarity with COD’s single-player campaigns, but who has never logged into a multiplayer map until this edition.

I’ve been playing the core Online Multiplayer modes since April 2020, and probably play about 4-5 nights a week. LOVE: * Leveling is varied and compelling, if a little daunting. Ever-changing daily Missions keep things fresh, weapons upgrade with use— independent of your player level— and weapons have so many unlockables you can evolve most guns to suit multiple play styles.

*The game designers strike me as very committed to keeping things fresh. We’re currently on Season 5: every season has brought a couple new maps, a few new weapons, and several character skins. LIKE: *Game play and engine physics are as tight as you’d expect for a long-lived series.

I’ve rarely lost an encounter where I’ve felt I was the victim of shoddy mechanics— rarely, but it does happen. *Game modes are so varied that there’s bound to be something for any gamers who’ve ever found joy from shooting things with virtual bullets.

I personally have no interest in the Warzone portion of the game, but love the deathmatch and “Domination” modes— especially when playing with friends. MEH: *I rarely run into blatant online jerkery, but when you see/hear it, people can ruin a whole evening and it’s something I think Activision can only do so much to combat.

Racism, misogyny, and garden-variety griefers are just present enough to remind you that we live in a world with some unquestionably awful people. *Maps are varied in design and diverse in size, but about 50% of the standard multiplayer maps I look upon with a scale ranging from “mildly annoying” to “100% avoidable”.

* For as many weapons as there are in the game, several of the classes have a a few redundant-feeling entries (ex: M13 and M4 rifles are separated mostly by a few exclusive attachments. Half the SMG’s are just variations on a theme).

LOATH: *Legacy gameplay quirks! Quick-scoping. Why is this still a thing? Changing directions while sliding. Jumping while shooting?!? (Experience the recoil of a 12 gauge shotgun— or dare say— a. 50 caliber rifle in real life with both feet on the ground and then tell me what you think the likelihood of hitting anything whilst leaping would be.

) I’m not looking for 100% realism from a Call of Duty game, but there are too many players hopping about the map for my practical sensibilities. *Cheaters! Third-party programs/accessories that help you do everything from auto-aim to highlighting enemies are readily available online, and it’s not just a “PC” problem; PS4 hacks are common.

Lately, I feel like every 3rd match I’m reporting someone for blatant cheating. To make matters more frustrating, I’m told in past COD games, Activision was able to identify cheaters and relegate them to “Cheater only servers”.

To my knowledge, they’ve been unable to do that in this version. FINAL THOUGHTS: The good definitely outweighs the bad and I wish I’d given this online experience a chance sooner. Honestly, if Activision could find a way to curtail the rampant cheating, this would be a definite 5-Star review.

J’ai pris mon après-midi pour l’installation. L’installation ne se lance pas avec warzone dématérialisé, on ne peut pas ajouter les extensions dessus. Il faut desinstaller warzone de votre console pour que le cd s’installe.

Avec la fibre cela m’a pris 1h30 pour tout installer, 600mbs de debit ça aide. Une fois le jeu lancé il a fallu acheter gratuitement 2 nouveaux fichiers à télécharger depuis la page d’accueil de warfare, 10min d’installation de nouveau.

Toutes les données de progression de warzone sont bien sur le nouveau jeu, sauvegardé, il n’y a que les armes achetées sur warzone qui n’apparaissent malheureusement pas dans modern warfare lorsqu’on fait nos classes, on ne peut mettre les armes qu’on a acheté sur WZ puisqu’elles n’apparaissent pas, dommage pour ceci.

Néanmoins la progression de ma kar98k est bien la même sur MW. J’espère pouvoir vous aider car si j’avais su toutes ces informations j’aurais gagné du temps pour l’installation au lieu de chercher pendants 2 heures lol.

Would recommend playing these campaigns before playing modern warefare 3 campaign. The game is so addictive and the class possibilities are endless. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is an epic first person shooter which redefines the way in which combat action style shooters are undertaken. From the original which came out about six years ago Activision has continued to refine this brilliant model in order to make it an effective action shooter in a way which similar games are now adopting.

The heroes Soap and Price are in pretty bad shape, and the nefarious villain, Vladimir Makarov, is still missing and currently at large. You battle through various missions around the globe and use a very extensive range of weaponry during firefights.

The survival mode is also a new addition and allows various players to compete against wave after wave of enemies. Or the player may decide he wants to engage in firefights in a solo type environment, which makes for a harder, more engaging combat.

As you engage in mission after mission in this new survival mode, you will be presented with much harder levels as the levels progress. Where Modern Warfare 3 really shines is in the online multiplayer, where you can compete against human players which makes this shooter probably one of the most realistic type of shooting simulators ever to be constructed for any console.

There are sixteen maps located in the multiplayer offering an excellent breeding ground for multiplayer combat. You also have several modes of play from street firefights, controlling particular towns from invasion, stealth infiltrations, rooftop firefights, multiplayer as well as various survival modes, battle modes, online modes.

Quite an array to keep the overall entertainment flowing. Modern Warfare 3 has continued to improve on the previous titles offering better choice of weapons and upgrades, while keeping various elements from the previous titles, including Territorial Control, Bomb Planting, Snipers, Mass Killing to name but a few.

In terms of graphics and overall performance this game is a continuation of this improvement and refinement. I have spent hours and hours on this game and loved every second of it and everyone I know that has played this game also enjoyed it!If you like an all action packed shooter which incredible detail, refined controls and great sound quality, then this title is worthy of a look, as it really adds to the realistic feel of what it would be like to gear up and take the leadership role in the middle of a war zone.

There is always one big flaw in this series… that’s right you guessed it. They make a new COD game every 3 months or so. I was so looking fwd to this game, especially after COD MW2 got hacked and the hackers killed the fun! The creators just gave up on it cuz they had more COD games coming out.

The two player mode to complete the missions was awesome. I loved playing with a buddy trying to beat the CPU on difficult settings. Man those Juggernauts were a PAIN to get passed. Alas, this game was also hacked in its future and abandoned by its creators.

All that is left are the memories of Online play.

The game is just as I remembered it 10 years ago on my old dsi, bought it for the nostalgia, no regrets

There’s really nothing more than the fact that its COD. I’m not heavy into it, but I know someone who is!

Amazing game, great game, it was ahead of its time, truly a treasure in gaming history!

I was hoping to relive those great Modern Warfare memories, but they should remain memories. There is nothing wrong with the game itself, it is the greed surrounding it that has completely tainted my experience.

The game is the same old thing just touched up, which is good but underwhelming. The first major problem is for a remaster, and I assume definitive version of the game, you only get the core of the original for multiplayer.

None of the additional maps are included. BUT WAIT, you can still buy them for full price like a decade ago. The second biggest aggravation, and the one that pushed me over the edge is, IT STILL REQUIRES A 70 GB MANDATORY DOWNLOAD in addition to installing the game!!!! Why do you ask? So they can add a MULTIPLAYER CASH GRAB hub where you can spend more of your money on crates.

It is literally just as if they peeled the xbox360/PS3 stickers off of the discs, resold them to you, and you digitally download the new version of the game! This game takes more space on your hard drive than any AAA game released to date.

I’d been wanting this since they were forcing you to buy infinity warfare to get it. I didn’t think infinite warfare deserved to be purchased. Finally they release it by itself! 9months later. The campaign is really good on this one, opposed to a lot of other COD installments.

The multiplayer is solid, boots on the ground! I don’t want somebody evading my by rocketing into the air! Lol. The only complaints I have on the multiplayer is: the graphics are still a little grainy and hard to see people in the background, and they had to force you to buy all the DLC maps again?! Cmon, the game is 10 years old! Throw in the extra maps for free! Still a good COD.

The best re-imagining of any old school title ever made. Period. Everything is how you remember it, graphics are pumped up beyond my expectations and the new animations are smooth and feel original. The new weapons are a bit much in my opinion but its largely unchanged.

New game modes are a welcome surprise but equally fun to play as the old stuff. See you in Ground War.

Sa fait actuellement depuis la sortie du jeu que je joue a WW2. Les points positifs sont se retour en arrière, car cod pour moi qui ai commencer sur cod4, tu ne saute pas sur les murs. Autre point positif est se mode zombie assez révolutionnaire parce qu’on a une histoire intéressante et un système de jeu prometteur.

Pour finir la campagne elle aussi, un peu courte mais avec un scénario jamais vu et des plus captivant. Maintenant passons au multi, qui est l’essence même de se jeu. J’ai était pour ma part très surprit du travail réaliser par les développeurs, on a des maps belle, intéressante et surtout équilibré! Les armes offre tous une manière de jouer différentes et avec l’ajout de “classe” comme l’infanterie ou le montagnard, on nous offre la possibilité de vraiment nous créer quelque chose qui nous correspond.

Le seul défaut que je trouve à se jeu mais qui se fait de plus en plus dans les call of duty c’est le système de micro-transaction qui remplis les poches des développeurs certes, mais qui dégoute les vieux joueurs comme moi.

Sur Modern warfare 2 quand on avait un titre par exemple “exterminateur” on se disait que le mec va nous éclater, alors que maintenant même si tu sais pas jouer et que ta 13 ans, il te suffit juste de demander aux parents de financer quelque achats supplémentaire pour que se gamin qui sera lvl 20 aura beaucoup plus de skin que les joueurs “normaux” qui sont bon a cod mais qui sont contre les achats supplémentaire.

et aussi le problème des nouvelles armes à chaque dlc, qui sont bien loin d’être équilibré comme les armes de base du jeu.

Démarrage difficile pour ce nouvel opus de la série des cod, problème de connexion d’accès au serveur de gros soucis en jeu multijoueurs ( connexion très instable, lags fréquents, écran noir, fermeture de l’application) Pour exemple le 15 novembre après-midi en multi nous avons fait 3 à 4 parties.

C’est fatiguant ! Côté graphisme et intelligence du jeu ce n’est pas la revolution, j’ai une impression de déjà vu qui me laisse perplexe. Pour la jouabilité en multijoueurs c’est du callof c’est nerveux dense et fort un petit bémol quand même sur certaine arme qui sont trop puissante je pense au fusil à pompe incendiaire c’est abusé.

Si l’on fait un jeu au plus près de l’histoire on fait des uniformes également pour les allemands et on ne fait pas des uniformes fantaisistes et clownesque teinté de rouge et de jaune franchement ! Pour finir un jeu qui a raté sa sortie, qui ne nous fait pas rêver mais un jeu qui a su de nouveau rassembler la communauté callof par un retour sur terre.

Cela fait du bien de jouer avec des amis perdus depuis 3 ans. Je jouerai à ce nouvel épisode de cod bien sûr mais depuis la sortie du jeu battlefield 1 le monde à changé.

Bonjour Il s’agit d’un bon jeux avec une idée de flash back comme dans world at war 😉 Le système graphique est super, car un graphisme absolument réaliste lors des scènes d’introduction ou de fin. La campagne est une succession de rebondissements historiques importants.

Le mode zombie est lui revu aussi a la hausse car magnifique. Le style futuriste des précédentes opus call of duty grace aux jet-pack ne manque absolument pas. Un système de classe (division) bien détaillé et réalisé, apportant chacun son grain de sel, permet si l’on veut de jouer comme une vrai escouade.

C’est un jeux qui peux décevoir au debut dû au système de deplace du joueur mais il faut apprendre à connaître.

Ordered this for my son’s birthday and and while it came cracked in the center they were quick to send out a new one to replace it Even told me to just keep the old one! Game works perfectly and as it should! I found DK.

Oldies two years ago and have been using them for all my gaming needs since. Everything is cheap and comes in near perfect condition every single time. If you ever have any problems they are quick to help you and find a solution to solving the problem! You even earn points towards free stuff as you shop which i think is pretty cool! I definitely recommend them for all your gaming needs.

Amazing game. Although the multiplayer is pretty difficult for me, (I’m a noob) I enjoyed it very much. Spec Ops is a great co-operative mode to play with friends and can get intensely joyful. The campaign is the best part about this work of art.

It offers relatable characters, a surprising plot, fun and unrepetitive missions and an addictive bonus level. The only parts I disliked about this game was the Rio missions and some of the crappy maps.

Other than that, this is a 95% masterpiece.

Nostalgia alert! I spent many, many, MANY hours playing this game online. It was the first game I truly got into. I got very competitive and used to love going on the headset and meeting new people which was way easier than it is these days.

I made many friends on there, in random lobbies, some of which are still my friends in real life many years later. This game provided me with an escape from my life when I needed it and became way more than that.

Also had some of the best maps for multiplayer ever, I miss climbing ledges, quick scoping and generally being able to run around having fun. Peace MW2.

Titolo altamente spettacolare e ben strutturato. Nelle missioni della campagna single Player, sarai sempre affiancato da altri membri del team,guidati da una buona intelligenza artificiale. Il comparto tecnico e’un po’datato ma ancora valido, buono anche il sonoro.

La longevit della campagna principale e’forse uno dei pochi punti a sfavore di questo splendido titolo,una manciata d’ore saranno sufficienti a mostrare i titoli di coda. Questo non mina l’ottima qualit del prodotto, che ogni amante degli fps a sfondo bellico,dovrebbe assolutamente possedere nella propria collezione.

TraduciMostra in lingua originale”Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for PC” is another great “First Person Shooter” game from the acclaimed “Activision” “Call of Duty” series. The graphics are superb, One can identify with the main Characters portrayed in the game, and the game itself is very exciting.

It follows a small detachment of British SAS and US Special Forces Marines in their hunt for international terrorists, (their individual leaders) who are threatening world peace. The story is one of continuous battles against the terrorists in various theatres of action across the globe.

You can choose what level of expertise you are at, and when you’ve worked your way through all three “acts” you can then choose to play the game in “arcade” mode (which simply means that you get points for each “kill” you make.

There is an excellent variety of weapons you can choose whilst palying the game, and as always you can pick up any weapon from a “dead” terrorist – or from one of your colleagues. As you progress through the game you will notice some subtle visual similarities to some of the previous “Call of Duty” games.

These minor similarities don’t detract from the enjoyment of the game though. On the contrary – any similarities do give you a “comforting” sense that you are playing an “Activision” game. I am only an average “gamer” – a bit slow on the controls! and I don’t play on-line (the multiplayer) option, so I cannot comment about this area pf play.

All I can say is that I have found “Call of Duty 4″ – Modern Warfare” to be another really good game from “Activision. ” The gaming controls are very easy to master, There aren’t too many confusing options to choose from, and the introductions to each battle scenario are not too long.

You can get straight into the action very quickly. I’ve been though the the three “Acts” in the game (each “Act” contains several interjoined action episodes) twice now, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The game works with Windows 7 (Home Premium). (the game took about three hours to up-load (from the supplied CD disc that comes with the game). I don’t know if it will work with any other Windows versions (although I got all my other four “Call of Duty” games to work – I had to delete one Windows security update (I cannot tell you which one as it might compromise my computer to any “hackers”).

However, you can go on the Internet and get all the information you require to get the game up and running on your particular PC. All in all I feel that I can thoroughly recommend this game to all. I have not been given any payment or inducements to write this review.

TraduciMostra in lingua originaleI played Modern Warfare years ago on the PS3 and class it as a pretty flawless experience. So when I picked up a 2nd hand Wii recently, I was curious to how such a grand PS3 game translated to a console with the power of a PS2.

On the whole the game is very impressive. Lets start with the graphics, I played my Wii using a component cable allowing playback at 480p on a HD monitor, and in this mode the games looks really good, its looks like a PC version of the game running on lower settings.

The characters, levels and weapons are all the same as the PS3/360 versions, in fact its hard to see where the Wii’s hardware lets it down. The only time I could see the Wii struggling is in some of the larger battles, you only end up fighting a few enemies, before the game loads more in.

The controls are maybe one of the weakest parts of the game. The Wiimote is a great piece of kit, its accurate and responsive, however the level design of the game is the same as the PS3/360 versions.

So there are times when the control set up really lets it down, for example there is no ‘quick turn’, your character will turn when you point the Wiimote at the left or right of the screen, but this turn is slower than a traditional controller, as such when you enter a building and find an enemy in the corner (or behind you) it takes forever to turn to attack them, this can lead to many deaths.

The game desperately needed a ‘classic controller’ or ‘gamecube controller’ option for those players who just want to chill on the sofa playing a bit of COD. As have to stand and move about means you only get through a few levels at a time.

Multiplayer; Lets be clear there is no offline multiplayer at all, which is a bit of a downer but you can understand that the Wii is already punching above its weight just playing the game. However as of 08/2017 there is still online multiplayer severs up and running, which came as a big surprise, but is very cool to play online almost a decade later.

Replay value; With no offline multiplayer, and infuriating controls there is little to do after the main campaign and that control issue means playing it through at anything higher than medium difficulty is going to take some serious dedication.

Overall the game is good fun, and for the most part the new control system does add to the overall gameplay. For a few quid its worth picking up, and makes for a good party game, passing over the controller when you die on a campaign level, and seeing your mates who’ve mastered other console versions of Modern Warfare, just fall about like idiots, and getting furious trying to get through levels on easy difficulty.

IšverstiShow in original languageInfinity wards superb shooter is the game that defines the xbox 360. A decade on it still looks great and spawned many copies of the genre but holds up well even against some of the current generation mediocre offerings.

One of the best selling games ever with a massive online gaming culture its the best call of duty on par with maybe black ops 2 a close second. Beautifully made with controls often mimicked today as so good Graphics and sound design still outstanding.

A real gem. As I said. Still cuts the mustard. They say imatation is the highest form of flattery. If so Activision nailed this back in 2009.

Quality is very good. Fit and finish is like OEM. Delivery was fast and earlier than expected. I do recommend this product
