The first thing I check when ordering things such as this, is the expiration! I was very happy to see that this is a very current bottle and packaging that has not been tampered with. The expiration is a year or so away.

This product is genuine, and completely legit. I bought this for my pups allergies, as well as to have on hand. I actually stuck it in my auto-ship since I am so pleased with it! I can’t remember what I paid for it.

but I know it was about 1/3 of what the grocery and convince stores are selling the exact same product for!!!.

Both my children have bad seasonal allergies, on top of my son only being able to take any allergy medicines with the active ingredient “Loratadine”. Luckily, my daughter can take any different type of allergy medicines and not have any adverse reactions, the only down side is, “any” normally isn’t as effective for her, so I always have to break down and buy two different kinds for whichever kid.

Of course, I don’t mind to make sure my children are 100% feeling well, but as you may know (and I’m a single, stay at home mom right now), allergy medicines and what kind/type/count size/brand can get pretty pricey, pretty quickly.

So, I wanted to wait until a morning when both my children had taken their normal allergy medications the previous morning before this morning at the same time and together. Yesterday morning, my son and I both had to bribe my daughter to take hers and she had been showing her symptoms bad the last few days.

This morning, I told them both that I had a new kind and type of allergy medication for them both to try. Explaining that it’s the kind my son can take, but at a lower dosage and the kind my daughter can take anytime, but never really seems to help her.

I expected whenever we started outside our pollen infested yard to make our way to bus stop, I would hear my daughters raspy, irritated cough and the sniffles begin like they seemingly always do every morning after we step outside.

To my surprise, they did not. That in itself is enough to make me go this product as soon as I possibly can. The other reason why I want to go buy it immediately- NEITHER OF MY PICKY CHILDREN COMPLAINED OR EVEN SAID A WORD ABOUT THE TASTE OF IT!!! I about fell over!!!! Needless to say, as soon as I can get out to the stores safely, I will be purchasing this product for their new allergy medications!.

Do you struggle with allergies, this is the medication to go with. When this was prescription this is the one that I relied on to dry me out and help stop the allergy headaches. Now that is it over the counter, I like the fact you can now get generic version of this amazing medication.

I will buy generic when I can, but if it is not available, this is what I buy for the allergy season that lasts a very long time in Texas. I recommend this to my friends as well. It is now regulated for purchase, so keep that in mind when trying to stock up.

The best location for price in my opinion is Costco. For me, this medication does increase my heart rate, I call it putting me into hummingbird mode. My father has high blood pressure and he cannot take this medication.

My best friend falls asleep when taking this one.

Wow! Am I surprised by these Claritin Reditabs. Thank you Claritin for sending these to me to review. I would have never have bought them on my own and now they are a new favorite! First, you don’t need water these tabs just melt on your tongue.

I was hesitant to try them because I was afraid they would be bitter or taste like other pills but they had a pleasant lightly minty flavor and left no after taste or weird feeling in my mouth. They just disappeared! Would highly recommend for people who hate swallowing pills.

Although they are non drowsy, I found I was slightly affected but my husband who also tried them did not have any side effects. I am usually affected by non drowsy medicine so this wasn’t unusual. Highly recommend!.

Price is a little bit higher then what I pay in the grocery store, normally they are like seventeen or eighteen dollars , but I know the cost of things have gone up unfortunately, but I got another different antihistamine with 25 more pills , at the same price as the Zyrtec, so that doesn’t make sense to me.

But anyway , they work great and I take one at bedtime for chronic hives and they knock me out , for a few hours sometimes more. Then I wake up hungry, any of the antihistamines will do that to you. I have had to take them in the am before and the pm for bad flares , and it was hard to stay awake , for me anyway, but I got used to it , but I only do that when I’m in a flare.

It does help me go to sleep too. I am tired the next day though , dragging lately , but I hadn’t been taking it every night like I was for the past few months , my schedule has gotten way out of wack and my sleep schedule , so I’m trying to get back on track again , so when you go off of them and back on it regularly may make you more tired draggy feeling till you get back in the daily routine of taking them daily.

Plus I have other issues so that don’t help either. But I highly recommend, I hate taking Benadryl, this is a lot better for sure !.

I have used Zyrtec for years and worked well until it stopped being effective. I had to go off it once before to have the allergy pin prick test and had the WORSE ITCHING IMAGINABLE IN MY HANDS. Wanted to scratch all the skin off.

Once the test was done I took a ZYRTEC and it stopped. Zyrtec then eventually stopped being effective for me and went off to switch to Allegra and again HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WITHDRAWL SYMTOMS. INSOMNIA FOR DAYS!! INTOLERABLE ITCHING.

If you search the web you find LOTS of stories about withdrawal. Zyrtec withdrawal should be PROMINENTLY included in product literature and giving as a warning by doctors.

Yet despite these measures, still deal with my antihistamines firing up regularly. This leads to sneezing, congestion, red itchy eyes, and other unpleasant feelings. Zyrtec is the only OTC allergy medication that decreases my allergen response.

That’s impressive. Yes you can get these in other brands, but they don’t seem as effective. Plus competing OTC’s do diddly. Put a decrease at least to your allergies, as Zyrtec is an effective weapon.

I have horrible seasonal allergies, this is the only thing that works! The off brands and all other brands don’t compare, for me, they never take away the congestion and runny eyes that I experience, it’s intense – when I run out of Zyrtec I’m so uncomfortable so I’ve gotten the 90 ct.

this is the same drug as Claritin, just a generic version. for users saying it didn’t work, this is not a fast-acting/immediate relief allergy treatment. it will start to work about 3 hours after taking, but antihistamines need to build up in your body to have full effects which will take a week or two.

this is a great generic and will save you a lot of money. I have severe pollen allergies and allergic asthma and using this in combination with generic Singulair during peak season is a lifesaver.

I get seasonal allergies soooo bad in the spring. This has been a lifesaver this year!! Allergies are hitting so hard and it started so early. Normally I don’t take medication to manage it but I caved bc I was so miserable.

This worked wonders for me! I also like how small the pill is. I suck at taking pills so I’m very relieved that it’s not the kind you need to choke down.

Husband takes these for seasonal allergies. The ingredients are exactly like a certain name brand that is much more costly, so glad Target carries Alavert! It’s a bargain and works just as good as the big name brand with the exact ingredients! Can’t go wrong when you’re saving money and taking care of your allergies.

I received a free full-size sample of this product via Smiley360 in exchange for my honest-to-goodness review. I have some terrible seasonal and animal allergies. I was pretty excited to get to try this product b/c there is only so much of the “little pink pill” that I can take since it causes such drowsiness.

I also habitually take a nasal spray before I go see my horse, on top of taking the little pink pills. That is usually a good enough dosage where I don’t need to stuff tissues up my nose while I’m grooming.

That’s enough backstory. I’ve been taking the Alavert for 11 days straight and have been out to see my horse twice and then attended an all-day baseball event this past weekend (it’s the first week of November as I write this review)/ I was miserable at both the barn and the baseball games.

So miserable, in fact, that I had residual allergies for the next few days afterward, like having a sinus infection. I’m not used to that. This product is convenient in that you can take it at any time, anywhere, but it’s just not powerful enough for my type of allergies.

Hopefully someone whose allergies are on the mild side can benefit from this. I’m going to have to stick to my other regimen.

this product works great and pretty much better than other leading brand names. if you read labels, the brand names are the same thing, you’re just paying the name. loratidine is the main ingredient and it’s the same thing in alavert and other brand names.

I used to take alavert and spend a fortune. then I started reading labels and tried this. it works exactly the same. same thing with other things like tylenol. and then if you look at the ingredients in tylenol for back pain and all those other things they advertise, it ups the price on you making you think it has better ingredients to help with that issue when it has the same thing as regular tylenol just a little more mgs of the same acetaminophen.

it’s sad we spend so much money on medications they the makers, sell for high dollars tricking you to thinking you’re actually buying more of something when you’re buying exactly the same thing. read the labels you will see for yourself.

This is my favorite pack of indoor/outdoor allergy prevention tablets. Great bargain. 6 months supply so I rarely run out. Keeps me allergy free almost all the time. Works just like the name brand. Small oval tabs are easy to swallow and don’t taste bad.

I take them right before bedtime, so that dust and fiber particles do not aggravate my “hay fever. ” They work 24 hours, so allergies to animals, pollen, and grass are kept at bay. I still avoid smoke, fumes, and exposure to solvents, to keep from overwhelming my immune system.

I order these over the counter generic Zyrtec pills once a year. I have tried different versions. They all work fine controlling allergies (the tickle throat feeling, the sniffly feeling). The difference these CVS cetirizine tablets have: they are very smooth, makes them easier to swallow! I like them a lot!.

The CVS cetirizine works great for my allergies. When my doctor recommended Zyrtec 10 months ago, I thought I should start with the brand name. But when the bottle ran out, I just couldn’t stand paying so much more for the same active ingredient.

So I switched and found no difference at all. I’ve been using the CVS brand for 6 months, and it has continued to work great. When I realized that I could buy it at www. cvs. com in larger quantities for an even greater savings, I was thrilled.

I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to swallowing pills. sometimes I have no problem, sometimes I actually choke on them and decide I don’t need them that bad. These liqui-gels are just a bit bigger than Sudafed (notoriously small red pills), and they were easy to get down without choking.

It took a bit for this review since I have thankfully not been experiencing much allergy symptoms recently. But fall is coming – And these Claritin Reditabs 24hr will be there for me! First off the packaging: Typical paperboard outer box with 30 blisterpacks inside.

The blisterpack was super easy to detach from the others and open, it gives you a tab to grab ahold of, not just one little corner. The product seems to have been poured into the blister (as opposed to a preshaped pill sort of thing – if that makes sense?) but it was simple to take.

It melted on the tongue almost immediately. It has a refreshing minty taste (I’d prefer something fruity as I am not a big mint fan), it faded pretty quickly though with nearly no aftertaste. I was experiencing itchy, watery eyes and some sinus congestion when I took the reditab.

About a half an hour later it seemed to have cleared up my eyes pretty well and my sinuses had started to dry out – woo! And it did seem to last quite a while! All in all I’m pretty happy with this product and will be using them when fall hits and my allergies start becoming a nuisance.

I stumbled upon this product and didn’t even try it because I was trying Mucinex generic for my itchy throat. When that wasn’t working as well as I wanted I decided to add this product and wow! Relief from the tickle in my throat at last.

I will continue to but this and the Mucinex generic for my post nasal drip that plagues me. Another natural product that lives up to its potential. I highly recommend this product for any of the symptoms of hayfever and sinusitis/rhininitis, my diagnosis.

these work well at first onset of symptoms for mild to medium allergic reactions. I love that you can just take when needed with no side effects at all.

I started using this allergy medicine when my prescription meds was not working and putting me to sleep. They covered some things but there was no eye itch relief and I was very uncomfortable. Then I discovered the Physicians Care Allergy Plus medicine from a coworker at work.

It worked quickly and completely relieved all of my symptoms, even my itchy eyes. I now keep this on hand and also share with my daughter and she likes it too. I have no complaints, I hear some people may say they get drowsy, but that has not been my experience.
